For the second time in less than a week, Abraham from Major General Plumbing came to the rescue within 24hrs! First time I needed a new water valve installed for our refrigerator before drywall work was done. Today I needed four angle stops replaced asap as we are doing complete demolition of the kitchen, but the original angle stops couldn't turn off. Same day for a very reasonable rate, he knocked it out of the park. Thank you again Abraham!!

Just called Abraham this morning for a clogged kitchen sink. He was at the door in 30 minutes. Turns out my washer and sink and dishwasher are all on the same line. He cleaned it out, cleaned up everything and was finished in less than an hour. I will definitely be calling him the next time I have a plumbing problem!

We've had a recurring clogging issue in our house as long as we've lived here. It has been super frustrating to have to pay plumbers to snake out the clog each time. I wanted a more permanent solution so I reached out to Major General Plumbing. Even though it was early evening, they were able to come out the same day (all the other plumbers I contacted couldn't come until the next day)!

That night Cristobal took care of the clog and diagnosed all the issues with my existing plumbing. I really appreciated how he walked through the problems one by one with me and explained why we were getting clogs over and over again. He really went above and beyond by showing me the camera snaked into the pipes and explaining everything to me in a way I could understand. Other plumbers I have worked with have not been nearly as knowledgeable or willing to explain the ins and outs of what the problems are.

We ended up agreeing on a job (for a very reasonable price!) to replace basically all of the existing plumbing under the house and we couldn't be happier with the results. Not only was the work excellent but the workers were very considerate always keeping us in the loop and overall just pleasant people to interact with.

I would definitely recommend Major General plumbing to anyone with plumbing issues.

The plumbing started backing up in the entire house. Their staff came out within 4 hours and it was early evening. Discovered that my sewer lateral had collapsed. It was an expensive fix and a lot of work. It was completely fixed the next day and a big crew showed up to do the work.
