After receiving a water bill that was about 7 times normal, I discovered that the water line from the street to my house was losing about 2500 gallons per day (5 stars for whoever put the drainage system in my yard). Abraham came out within a few hours of my call, and he confirmed that it was 70 year old galvanized pipe and that it would be best to replace the entire line. His crew arrived the next morning and the job was completed within 24 hours of receiving his estimate. They worked quickly but carefully, burying ~130 feet of pipe on a hill, partly through trees, and avoiding the in-ground irrigation hoses in the area. When they were finished, it was hard to tell they had even been there. Highly recommend, especially if you need quick service.

Following up, Abraham came out two days later with a crew to dig up our existing sewer line pipes (both the kitchen and bathrooms) that were broken, collapsed and corroded. In 1 day's work, his team completed so much at our house.

We also discovered the pressure coming into our house was way too high that could have caused much larger issues down the road. He replaced the valve at the connection to the main water line with a pressure regulator.

On top of that, he put in a brand new toilet and fixed the valve that was leaking to the toilet.

When he found the other issues along the way, he didn't simply leave them or try to change his original estimate (which was way more reasonable than I know a lot of other providers would charge). He was working real hard to do right by us and he delivered.

It's important to me that business owners take care of their people. It's evident that's the case here. We'll be turning to Abraham for all future plumbing needs.

Abraham and his team came to our home to fix a clogged kitchen sink drain, a garbage disposal that stopped turning on, and the overall building's water pressure being too high. They were able to come the same evening we reached out to work on the problems in our kitchen and inspect our main line water pressure. They were happy to work with our schedule and come back the following day to address the water pressure.

When they came back the second day to work on the water pressure, they were quick to get to work. At the start, they discovered the main shutoff valve in our basement was broken and needed to also replace. He didn't just try to upsell me or tack on charges. He showed me how it was broken and was very gracious to charge us only the cost of a replacement valve and some pipe pieces with no extra labor charge.

I really appreciated how Abraham took the time to explain what was causing problems, how much he'd charge for parts and labor, and ways we can prevent/maintain things in the future through every step of the way.

Abraham and his crew were courteous, cleanly, honest, and very fair in their prices. I highly recommend them!

Did fast good quality work for a good price. He and the crew knew their stuff and fixed all of my issues, slow filling toilet, leaky sink and faucet, and even noticed and replaced my main water line that had no regulator and an antiquated shutoff.

We needed emergency service at our home because our toilets were overflowing with sewage - not just overflowing from the top of the toilet but also leaking from the seal at the bottom of the toilet. Abraham and his partner came within an hour and took care of the blockage in our sewer line that had created the problem, and also fixed the toilet seal. They had to spend over 2 hours working on the problem because of the kind of sewer connection we had but everything worked fine afterwards and they did an amazing job of cleaning up all the mess the water had caused. We'll defiinitely use them again!

Abraham and his crew are amazing. I had just bought a house and within two weeks we started having all kinds of issues, plumbing being one of the worst. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning and Abraham and two of his guys showed up on time and ready to go. After I told him what the issues were that we were having, he had some intuitions then confirmed them by running his camera through the pipes, walking me through it and showing me what he was seeing along the way--something I really appreciate as a fairly knowledgeable diy guy. He was honest about pricing and within about 30 minutes had a crew of 10 digging four feet into the ground to locate the busted pipe (due to the growing roots of a huge redwood tree) and reroute it to a safe spot. He went above and beyond by installing additional clean out pipes and lending his expertise and advice about our future plans to relocate a bathroom. Due to the complexity of the job and the size of the roots, I was expecting a 2-3 day job easy, but Abraham and crew had it done and functional in a day, only coming back in the morning after it had stopped raining (did I mention it was raining?!) to patch the concrete in the driveway and install a clean access point to the main line. I can't express enough how I appreciated his honesty, trustworthiness, and thoroughness. Definitely hire him. I certainly will again for any plumbing issues I might come across in the future.
