Any time we need ANY type of plumbing services, this is the only company I trust. During COVID-19 we had our disposal crap out and because I was a little concerned about having people come to my house, I tried going on YouTube to fix it myself. Yeahhhhh good luck with that.

After futzing with YouTube for 45 minutes, I called my favorite plumbers and spoke to Vahid, the owner. Within 15 minutes, Vahid confirmed he'd have someone at my house the same day! Saturday. Yes, Saturday! He, was one of the most knowledgeable people I've seen. He explained everything he was doing -- in college-professor level detail -- and fixed all 3 problems we had: Toilet not flushing properly, disposal motor busted and water softener issue.

There is nobody better than ABS Plumbing! Besides wearing a mask, gloves and shoe covers, when Vahid was done, he cleaned everything, wiped down every surface and disinfected everything he touched before he left!

Their amazing customer service, timeliness, skills, pricing and flexibility make them my go-to for everything plumbing-related.

You won't be disappointed. I promise.

This company is a complete scam. We needed someone to come to our house to look at our water heater so they said they could do it and Vahid came and I could tell he didn't know anything about water heaters.

He said nothing was wrong with the water heater and told me he'd write up an invoice so we could satisfy the inspection resolution. We called 2 days straight and no one answered. Also, they don't even have a website. Pretty shady business and I would advise everyone to stay away.

I broke an outdoor spigot trying to fix it myself. Vahid was able to come out the same day I called and quickly fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him, and I'll most certainly call him the next time I need work done. Only small complaint was that he didn't really clean up the repair area, but it was very minor, so not a huge deal.

I tried to fix my ancient Congress Park shower faucet and busted it. Vahid came over right on time and was faced with a complicated repair through a small hole in the shower tile. He told me ahead of time what he might have to do but managed to make the repair through the small hole and limit the damage/repair to the shower.

He's a little more like a surgeon than a plumber. Very pleasant. Extremely tidy. The repair itself was, in my opinion, pretty. His work just looks nice even though its on the inside and nobody is going to see.

I would give six stars if I could. We have used ABS several times, and Vahid is always excellent. For our latest plumbing emergency, our shower started shooting water in all directions even though both taps were off. I called ABS, and Vahid came to our home promptly. He fixed it perfectly, and then refused payment merely because he had worked on this particular shower before for a similar issue. My husband and I had already miserably calculated that we were probably going to have to spend many hundreds of dollars to fix the issue. ABS is amazing. Always, our huge plumbing nightmares get dealt with quickly and affordably, but this takes the cake. Client for life!!!

Before the work was done?I asked for an itemized invoice. Unfortunately I have never received it. I texted him and asked him to email to my email address which I provided him. The answer was that he posted on the Yelp.

Please send me the formal invoice as soon as possible if this is a real business instead of a scam.

Vahid with ABS Plumbing is fantastic! We had an emergency and he came out very quickly, fixed the problem in a short amount of time and fixed a second issue as well, do not pass up this company when you need help, efficient, reasonably priced, will definitely use in the future
