7 a.m. on a Friday morning, water causing my laminate flooring to buckle, ABS was able to fit us into their very busy schedule and located and repaired the leak. Very professional, courteous and thorough.

Best service in town. Had a plumbing issues with a toilet and they were here in 45 minutes. Tried to correct and gave me plenty of options for repair. Will not sue anyone else in the future. They are on tome, affordable, and dependable. Thanks ABS. Best service on the mountain.

I am a cabin owner in Pinetop but live in Tucson. I requested ABS to fix a valve on a water tank. They indicated that they would schedule it. Then they went when they wanted to and did not contact me. Then they proceeded to replace a valve and charge me $950. No one called me before racking up 5 hours replacing the valve and charging Almost $400 for materials. They just did it on their own then billed me for it. Needless to say, I was blown away by the cost and the lack of sensitivity for not calling me prior to the repair. I feel like they took advantage of an out of town owner. When I questioned them about it, they seemed sincere enough while still insisting on $50 less than a $1,000 to replace a valve. What established business would not call you BEFORE spending $1,000 of your money without asking.

Called ABS at 1:08 PM and spoke with Chris. She advised she would check to find if anyone was available. She called back approximately 15 minutes later to let me know plumbers were available in my area. The plumbers called to advise they were on their way and the job was completed at 1:55. ABS Plumbing has served the White Mountain area for many years, we have a vacation home in the area and we won't use anyone else. Always professional, fair and courteous. We recently called multiple plumbers to get a price on a hot water heater repair, ABS is the only company that advised us on the phone to try the reset, which worked and saved us the cost of a service call! Outstanding customer service, highly recommended.

I had a leak, called this company to repair. Company failed to repair the simple repair, which a subsequent local plumber indicated that ABS did a poor job. I asked ABS to do it's original job, it refused to even meet me halfway and quoted me double charge. All I can say is avoid this company at all costs.
