Supposedly the man who is fixing our air conditioner works for this place i looked up for their business it has been revoked permanently. Don't use them cause they aren't licensed. This man who is fixing the ac is in his 60's smells like beer and Marijuana. Turn key property solutions and saticoy bay maintenance hired this company i still don't have a working air conditioner. What joke turning them in to the better business bureau and nevada business licensing.

We were referred to them by a neighbor. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and the fee was reasonable.
They could have BS'd us and charged a lot more. I think they are probably very honest.

Bob, the owner of Abraham Mechanical, was referred to us by one of his new ""plumbers"". This plumber told me that Bob could get any plumbing service needed done expertly. We called him for a reverse osmosis installation for our new home. He sent us a plumber, (who claimed he was licensed), to install it. I asked this plumber if he had ever done an installation on a reverse osmosis. He stated ""no"" but he had seen it done before. After reading the directions that came with the unit, he said he could not install it, it was beyond his skillset. Bob was going to charge us $350.00 for this R/O install (which was almost the price of the new R/O system). His plumber did not know how to do it, plus it turns out he was only going to pay his plumber $25.00 per hour to do it. This Bob is a slave laborer. He makes all the money and has some young kid ""try"" to do all the work. We searched the internet and sent out requests for a quote to install our R/O and Rain Water Conditioning of Las Vegas contacted us and came and installed the system for $135.00. The gentleman that came from Rain was a pro who installed it beautifully within approx. one half hour. Stay away from Abraham Mechanical unless you want to throw your money away.
