If you had asked me how I feel about Abracadabra Plumbing a few weeks ago I would've said ""Aces! These guys are great!"" Unfortunately, not so anymore. We've been asking this establishment for my parents home needs for several jobs and they've come through every single time, except for this last one. My dad had called them asking for a very simple fix to their garden faucet that had been leaking. My dad was told he needs a new faucet and that he will go get one and come right back. He never came back. No contact after that. Not even a peep. So, me thinking, maybe something happened. I call, voice mail is full. I contact them through their web site, no answer. Honestly, I know my elderly parents can be a pain in the butt however, if you don't want to take care of the job then have the balls to say ""please call someone else"". My poor parents were left in the dust and a neighbor came to their rescue a few days later. Thanks Abracadabra

I've called Abracadabra twice in the past few months. Pablo came the same day the first time I needed him (backflow was leaking buckets), and this latest time he came was within 24 hours (replaced a kitchen faucet). I had purchased a high-end kitchen faucet and asked Pable to uninstall the old faucet and install the new one. The new one turned out to have a defective part. Pablo was not satisfied to just leave and have me return the faucet and have to hire him or someone else to come out again. He stuck with it and determined what the problem was, fixed it, and now I have a new kitchen faucet. His rate was very reasonable. Because of his responsiveness, workmanship, friendliness and rates, I'll be calling Pablo again if I ever have plumbing issues.

Pablo is the ultimate professional. He came to my home within a day and solved the leaking shut off valve and kitchen faucet at an unbelievable price. If you are looking for a dependable plumber with years of experience in the field then look no further. He also has a good, old school sense of humor.

pablo came over to my house to fix my water heater , ended up fixing a lot more , i 've never had good pressure in my kitchen boom he fixed it same with my hot water in my shower boom he fixed it all ....i've used him several times all with good , actually great results . jonathan lucero

My water heater stopped working and another company I called failed to show up after I took a day off from work. I called Pablo in a panic with no hot water for a family of four. He told me he would come by first thing the next morning and fix the issue. I was skeptical after my experience earlier that day, but he showed up, gave me some options and ""Abracadabra"" resolved my issue for a fair and reasonable price. Pablo is honest, reliable and fast. Highly recommended.

I'm not really familiar with the price for Saturday afternoon minor emergency plumbing service that arrives in one hour but when the mother in law is flying in that same day: Priceless!

Right after the holidays I experienced plumbing hell. What I thought was a small blockage turned out to be major surgery that took two separate trips. Pablo located the problem and told me what to do to avoid huge labor charges, then returned and cleaned up the problem with a little no charge on the side.

Pablo is the man!! I had a small leak in my water main which he came over and fixed for the exact price he quoted. He also guaranteed his work. So when, for some reason, the weld cracked a little and it started leaking I gave him a ring and told him. He came over THAT NIGHT to survey the issue and then returned the next morning with the proper piping to fix the issue at NO COST. Excellent service, great work, my plumber for life.

This review is long overdue - over the 4th of July weekend (2014), our neighbors were moving, and somehow damaged the earthquake shut off valve on our gas meter. This happened on the afternoon of July 3rd, right before the long weekend. Needless to say, we were facing several days without hot water or our cook top - not good! PG&E was unable to make the fix - we were told we needed to find a plumber. We called many local plumbers for assistance, and Abracadabra was the only one who was willing to come out on a Sunday (3 days w/o hot water at this point) - the gentleman who assisted us was prompt, friendly, did a great job, and did the work for a reasonable fee, especially given the holiday. I feel terrible that I didn't provide this review sooner! I would definitely call upon this team again. Thanks for helping us out!

Pablo charged $270 for labor to stop my faucet leaking. A total of 45 minutes. I pointed out he charges more than computer experts. He replied: Marin's an expensive place.
