All good things to say about these guys. They are honest, respectful, diligent, and I don't feel like they ""man-splain"" things to me-- as in they talk to me the same way that they speak to my husband. Very clear work orders in place before the work is done. Also very clear understandings on both sides to cover schedules. They've done multiple projects for us including our master bath remodel currently going on now. I'd always call them back!

We have worked with Rick twice now. And both times he and his team has gone above and beyond . He has treated our current project as if he is working on his own home. Meaning not cutting corners and using materials / piping only off the highest standard.

After one week my water heater replacement is still not complete. We have called a number of times and they promise to come out and finish the job but after a week still not complete. He was messy did not do what I asked, drained the tank on our steps and my wife had to clean it up after he left to""get parts"" . All that needs to be done is wrap the tank per California law and strap it in place.
Whatever you do, DO NOT CALL this company!!!
You will be sorry!!!!!!!
At best, an outdoor access water heater replacement should take no more that 3-4 hours.
All I can say is again, Do Not Call them!!!!!!!!!!

This is a wonderful company they are honest and reliable. They did a lot of work for my moms rental home. They knew what they were doing and explained everything.
