I hold a professional plumbing license and extensive training. I saw firsthand how certain businesses take advantage of clients. This motivated me to shift my focus to customer advocacy. I guide customers in the right direction.
I truly care for my customers and am driven to help. As a 32-year-old, I bring years of experience to the field. I began my plumbing career at 15 and have worked with various companies. I have seen some of the worst practices and collaborated with the best.
