Shopper BEWARE! Find another company, preferably one that not only listens, but actually knows plumbing and proper diagnosing. I requested a quote to tighten the flange and correct the slope of an aging system back in May 2022. When the tenant called as their technician was ""completing"" his inspection, I spoke to him. The technician misdiagnosed the issue telling me it needed a new toilet. He never went into the basement to look up at the flange! I specifically told the technician NOT to replace the toilet, rather tighten the flange (it was an obvious leak). Not only did the technician do EXACTLY what I told him NOT to do, but when he finally tightened the flange, he cracked it, causing a more severe leak! When I requested the invoice I received a blank invoice with only the total- no item description. I called and asked for what the technician allegedly completed. I didn't get one for 5 MONTHS. In the meantime, their invoice doesn't match what he allegedly did, and the only thing on there was something I specifically requested NOT to be done. So, I've had to call a different company to repair the issues I asked them to do.
This is an amazing company!!! First, they are prompt. You get a text message of the 90 minute window so I didn't have to take hours off work. They were thorough, professional, knowledgeable and most of all HONEST. Their work was top notch and such amazing customer service. I'm a widow with two young children and no mechanical ability so it's hard to find places to trust. This is one I absolutely can.
L K.This company charged us $385 (weekend rate) for an incorrect diagnosis of a leak in our building. Homeowners ended up finding the true source of the leak by simply removing some insulation and looking downward with a flashlight, which revealed a leaking pipe.
