Had them out for a hot water heater replacement...... Reasonable price and quick and easy getting the job done... even had a leak tray and connector to outside if the thing leaks again it will go outside...... Great company...

Two words to describe this company - honesty and integrity.

They helped me with a plumbing issue today - I missed something very simple while replacing a water valve in my bathroom. Rather than come out, charge me, and make me feel stupid, the person I spoke to politely informed me of what I had done wrong.

Nice to know that there is a plumbing company out there that is truly willing to help people. Above and Beyond truly went ""above"" and ""beyond"" with me. Bravo - I salute you!

Our water heater went out and flooded our garage tonight. We called a couple companies and both said they'd be here in the morning (but we were headed out of town and water was everywhere). We called Above and Beyond. They were here within an hour. They had the proper water heater in stock. Rich and Rich were awesome. I would call them again in a moment.

After they changed our water heat they could not get the water to fill the heater correctly blaming the water softener, a softener which has never given us any issue. The next issue was the guy from Above and Beyond Plumbing, LLC apparently could not figure out how to hookup the electricity to the hot water heater. They blamed the breaker instead of taken credit for their mistakes. Oh yes they also caused us to have to call out a licensed electrician to fix his mistakes. The electrician said the guy (from Above and Beyond Plumbing, LLC ) had not put the wires back correctly and that was the only problem.

We recently had them install an electric hot water heater. I believe the manufacturer was Bedford, the only company that still produces these in the U.S., in Michigan I think.

Service was very prompt and thorough.

They're a mom and pop operation, very nice and professional. Above and Beyond is going to be our plumbers of choice with any future issues.

OK; I thought I would write this review in all fairness to these folks. I have a normal plumber that I typically use, but this time I needed some emergency work done a particular brand of water heater still under warranty. So thru an internet search, I found about 4 places that were authorized service dealers for this brand. I called and left messages at all four places about 8 am on Thanksgiving morning. Only two guys returned my call promptly (or even at all) within 15 minutes. Above and Beyond called back first and by talking with him, I knew that he knew what he was talking about and asked me to check for the model # and serial # of my heater, which I did. He looked up my product on the manufacturers cross reference data base and said he had to repair part. He said be would be there by 10:30 AM. A few minutes after I hung up the phone the other guy called and he too knew what he was talking about. But I had already made a repair appointment with Above and Beyond and told the second guy this -- he said no problem, just call him back if I needed more help. By 9:15 AM the husband and wife team of Above and Beyond showed up (early!!!) and fixed my problem by replacing the whole gas valve assembly and ignition unit under warranty, in less than 1 hour. All I paid for was the emergency service which was higher than normal being Thanksgiving, but still fair for the situation. I am extremely happy with these people and will probably use them for other plumbing work in the future!!!

Even though their website says 24-hour emergency service, when I called a person did answer the phone, I told them I have a slab leak and I need someone to come out and look at on a Saturday late afternoon, and yes it was Easter weekend, but he told me no one was available until Monday. No problem but IF YOU ADVERTISE THAT YOU HAVE 24-HOUR AND WEEKEND EMERGENCY SERVICE but don't provide it, then you get a 1-star rating from me!

This is by far the absolute best plumbing company and I am so glad I found them. Rich is honest, punctual and knows alot about plumbing. I am a do it yourselfer for the most part and thought I could change out my shower handle which was leaking...which turned out to be a bigger problem than the handle. I called Rich at 10pm, the only one in the area that would answer the phone, and he was at my house within 30 minutes! Price was very reasonable. He didnt charge me extra even though it was after hours. I will be calling Above and beyond in the future!
