hooked up a brand new RO system to existing tank. water isn't getting filtered, same PPM as tap water. called back, asked why to do, suggested it was faulty unit, and that he did it correctly. no offer to come out and re-check.

My Fiancée and I had a huge water Emergency that Michael and Brian helped out with and when they were alerted to our situation they Immediatly responded without hesitation. A big Huge shout out to them at Above all the Rest Plumbing and Sewer. We found them to be very respectable, knowledgable and understanding of the Emergency we had at the time. Michael specifically guided us every step of the way with be very communicative and with a sense of compassion for our situation. His performance was very fast and efficient and his final price was very fair and honest with complete and utmost integrity. Once the issue was resolved Michael was very gracious in giving us guideance on steps that we can take in the future to keep this situation from happening again. My Fiancee and I Truly believe that they are indeed ""ABOVE ALL THE REST""

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use this company. Owner was rude and threatening when we questioned the bill which was double what we expected. He sent various threatening messages about payment when the job wasn't even completed.

Water heater quit working Michael diagnosed the problem on the phone and helped me get it working until he could replace it. Very efficient process, very professional, very quick and very clean made for a good experience.

Horrible service, Michael was extremely rude and racist and decided because I wasn't outside waiting for him to show up he'd just pass up my house all together. He then went on to call me a fu*kin dumbass for not being there to flag him down and when i tried calling back i was met with sorry i dont speak spanish and would just hang up. its not like we have GPS these days to help us go exactly where we need to huh? Not sure I'd want some one who can't figure out a simple GPS to be the one working on My home any way, but Bad service is bad service and to be ridiculed for race and anothers fault is bad buisness all together.not sure how someone like this is still in buisiness.

I recently parked next to your company van in Chandler and was horrified at your political signage printed on it. How unprofessional to include that in your advertising! There's a time and place to voice your opinion, and that is not appropriate, no family would want that van parked in front of their house. I found your immature advertising offensive and totally disgusting. I don't care how great your work might be, anyone that stoops that low would be horrible to work with. Shame on you!!!

They are rude, arrogant, over-priced, and take advantage of disabled adult.

They came to repair the water heater and did not turn the water back on. Their are three disabled adults in the house that are unable to do it themselves. When I called them to come back and turn the water on, they said they would be back on FRIDAY!!!!
They expect these disabled people to be without water until FRIDAY!!!!
This review is being written on a Tuesday.
I told them that was bullshit. My bad. Shouldn't have cursed. I got tired of his dumbass flippant attitude.
He hung up and will not answer my calls.

So on top of being rude, un professional, and taking advantage of disabled people, add coward to the list of flaws.

I DO NOT recommend them AT ALL.

They only got ONE star because NO star was not an option.

We met Michael through our home warranty company. We don't use the warranty company any more, but we will continue to use Michael & Above All the Rest! He installed a garbage disposal, air gap hose under my kitchen sink, and replaced a broken valve on our outdoor plumbing. Always responsive and very knowledgeable.

I've worked with this company a few times already and service is always fast and reliable. The first time, I called Michael for a water heater problem and he showed up the same day and managed to replace all the parts immediately. He works fast, efficiently, and his pricing is always fair. I've worked with other plumbing companies in the past and the customer service just doesn't compare. The second time, I texted him in the afternoon and he showed up prepared to fix the problem the next day and on time. I will only be using this company from now on.

My professionally installed and fully paid for RO faucet by Above the Rest! Installed end of May during our kitchen remodel. Nothing but problems and excuses for 5 months. I honestly don't have the energy to spell it all out!
