My septic system had backed up and quit functioning. I did the auger routine, nope. Went out and bought a drain snake, nope.
Went out and bought a power snake for the septic line, nope.

I called Above All and a very professional sounding voice offered me a date that was over a week out, she let me know they were booked out for a while. I told her my situation and she offered to put me in touch with the boss (Travis) considering it was an emergency situation.

I left Travis a message on his phone and he returned my call a couple hours later. We discussed what was happening here and I let him know I have been here 24 years and never had my septic serviced in all that time.

You know when things work right you just don't think about it. Apparently service every 3-5 years is a standard. Being this was my first and I never knew, I just didn't worry about it.

Anyway, Travis did some rescheduling for me and managed to send out Eric with a truck asap. I found Eric to be a very capable person and very informative and articulate. He was careful about where he drove so as to not damage the property and maneuvered his truck into place. He managed to take care of the system and also answered all my questions on the proper do's and don'ts of septic management.

Eric did a fantastic job, was very thorough and even came in under estimate!

This job getting taken care of, the cost, ...my relief was tangible. Felt like a hundred pounds off my shoulders.

Today a drivers vehicle threw a rock and cracked the windshield on my new vehicle. The younger driver was distracted with something in the truck cab and I was unable to get his attention. I called the company number immediately after it happened. The gal on the phone was nice and requested that photos and dashcam footage be sent which I did. Travis returned my call and stated that since I was in the other lane of traffic and they have mudflaps that it couldn't possibly have been them. He denied any responsibility and suggested I call my insurance or go to Safelite. Very disappointed a local business would be so unwilling to take any responsibility and offer to negotiate help with replacement costs. I won't be recommending them to anyone.

Be aware of over charging for things not asked for. Also, not cleaned as agreed. Office staff very rude and unprofessional. If you don't agree to pay for their up charging, they threaten to turn you over to collections.
