Rick went above and beyond my expectations! I couldn't have asked for better service than what they provided! They explained what they were doing & offered suggestions on the best way forward. They were professional, competent, and friendly. Happy with their service & I'm passing their number on to friends and family. My experience with Above All plumbing was 5 STARS from the moment I called to them finishing the job and pulling out of the driveway.

The owner, Scott, sent one of his service techs, Rick, and they were both fantastic! First, Rick listened to my issue, then he diagnosed to pipe on the roof, next, he went to the store to purchase the parts, finally he completed the work in about an hour. My gas line is no longer leaking and is working perfect. If I could give 10 STAR rating, I would. I highly recommend Above All for your next plumbing and gas needs. They are true experts and would never upsell or take advantage like other contractors.

After my dishwasher was installed, it would not work because it was not getting water. Mosie came out and dtermined that water was getting to the dishwasher inlet, but was not releasing inside to the dishers. We have contacted Frigidaire and they are sending out a repairman on the 9th. This whole process has been a disaster from the start with Lowes. I don't know how this is going to turn out, but I wanted you to know that, no matter what, Mosie did an excellent job.

First time they came out over a year ago and did a great job finding the source of a leak and fixing it for a very reasonable price. This last time a few days ago, though, the plumber took apart a functioning shower with a diverter that sometimes pulled out (the reason it needed to be fixed), and then made it dysfunctional and unusable by not putting the parts back in place. Then he called the office to see if I needed to pay a service charge and he charged me $75. Then when I called the office, I was told I should not have been charged, since my home was not far from the company office. Clearly some communication problems here--the same office the plumber called now told me there was no charge! I was a disappointed in this poor service compared to last time and am still waiting for my voided check, promised to me last week, to be returned to me.

I had them come out and use a camera to check out old pipes. There wasn't any pressure to upsell me on anything. They gave me a couple different options on how to resolve the issues. I will definitely refer them to all I know who need a trusted knowledgeable plumbing company.

I received great and honest service from this company. I called Above All on behalf of my mother who had received an estimate from another company that caused me concern. When Above All came out they went over the shopping list the other company claimed my mother had to have done. It turned out most of the items were not necessary. They completed the repair of the water line which was the initial reason my mother needed a plumber. We were so pleased with their pricing and honesty that we had them return to install a new toilet a few days later. Great people and will not try to sell you something you do not need. I will definitely be calling them for all of my plumbing repairs and have told my friends how happy I am with their service.

Best Service I called Above All to have a new 50 gallon gas water heater installed. They arrived on time, quoted the work in writing and completed the work in a timely manner. I did not expect all new connections to my heater, which they did at no extra charge. The price I paid was the price I was quoted - no surprises. At the completion of the work they also gave me completed rebate forms for my utility company that I was not even aware of! Nice Surprise. Thank you

Steve's a good guy. He's a bit on the pricey side but he's extremely thorough and he makes sure things get done right. He runs a small company with a very well stocked truck. His truck is practically a rolling hardware store. You can rest assured that he'll have what you need in there to get the job done. I recommend him.

Steve at Above All Plumbing is the BEST. He has been to our home several times to both repair and replace faucets (not the same ones) and a garbage disposal. He is prompt or will call if he's running late. He cleans up after himself and is friendly and professional. I highly recommend the service.
