Have used Mike before and he is quick to get job done the right way and charges reasonable rates. Our lateral line was backed up on a Saturday over the holidays and we really needed someone right away. Mike came out right away and had it all fixed within an hour. Mike at Above All Plumbing is the best! He has done a number of things for us beginning with our hot water heater. Ours went out late one night, we called Mike and we decided to have him out in the morning. He drained and removed our old unit and brought a new one from his inventory. I think it's reasonable to know prior to contracting this company if you're a member of the LGBTQ community, or an ally, for your own well being, you may want consider doing business elsewhere. While I'm confident there are tons of people who this doesn't apply to, for me, having a husband and a child in my home, forces me to take my business elsewhere. Above All Plumbing is a husband and wife team who is extremely vocal about their views on this subject matter to a point which would cause me concern about having them in my home or businesses. I 100% support a difference of opinion, and by no means do i expect people who do work for me have to share my opinions and beliefs on things. However, as this team regularly trolls social media and not only engages, but feels the need to start controversial discussions against people on topics which some hold very personal, it makes me concerned about how any conflict resolution with such a company would play out. They've made it a point to create such conflicts around a magnitude of topics, but recently went on an attack rampage against people around women's rights and felt very comfortable sharing some very extreme view points on this topic. And again, I believe everyone is entitled to their opinion, but when you represent your company on social media and then utilize that same platform to go out and look for people to attack about those topics, I wonder if you could discern these feelings from your everyday work. Where this crossed a line recently is a post and thread that went on for hours where the crutch of the argument was that all gay, lesbian, queer, or those with gender identity issues were mentally ill and should be treated medically for said conditions. These post didn't just include a difference of opinion and mean spirited name calling, it directly stated that while the owners new nothing about the subject matter, had such a strong distaste for it, they didn't want to know about it. Although numerous people tried to engage in a healthy debate, the owners felt it necessary to take a hard stance on a very extreme ideology that bordered on dangerous for those they spoke of. Ultimately the conversation took on a very personal stance towards me individually where I personally was told I was mentally ill and a not fit human; obviously these very public, and very open comments, that were so easily spouted out would make me strongly concerned for the well being of myself or my child to have someone from this company in my residence or business.
