These guys like to talk as if they're out to help you, but really they're not. Plumber told me work would be $110/hr for him & his helper. He came & spent 1.25 hours replacing a toilet & telling me about how great a plumber he was as he worked in NYC union plumbing job etc & that my toilet would never leak again. Long story short, he replaced a flange ($20 part at hardware store) and then presented me with a bill for $250!!! There was no breakdown of # of hrs x $110/hr ... just at total amount of $250. I asked him what happened to the $110/hr rate & then he adjusted the amount down to $200. What a rip off. Also, he didn't balance the elongated properly ensuring front of toilet was held in place properly & so the toilet leaked again. Don't ever use these guys. They'll rip you off if you let them & tell you all the while that they have your best interests at heart...what a crock of kaka.
