I had worst experience. I had mini split AC installed 2 years ago, it didn't work properly from beginning. Didn't cool at all, water leaking, pump making noise bcz of improper drain, units totally shutting off. Service was terrible, they wouldn't keep appointments , didn't answer my calls when finally showed up , Could not diagnose the problem, insisting that everything was fine, meantime I was suffering due to the heat , after spending all that money and time I had system that DID NOT cool . Very incompetent! Finally I had no choice but to hire somebody else , it cost me 1800$ . Very very disappointed
