Steve with Above All Plumbing came to my unit and performed two helpful fixes (on my sink and toilet) in a timely fashion. The water was shut off at the time of the repair so he told me to monitor the situation to make sure everything was working properly. When the water came back on that afternoon, a leak was revealed, but I called Above All and he was back within an hour to repair the leak. I valued the prompt and professional service I received from Steve. Thanks, Above All!

My main house drain backed up this morning. Called them up at about 11:15 and talked to the answering service, it is Sunday after all... Got a call back at 11:30 with an ETA of no later than 1:00 PM. Zach arrived at 12:40.
Professional and thorough; snaked the line 60 feet down and work completed with drains flowing by 1:00. Zach cleaned up after himself, wiped down all affected surfaces and swept the garage floor.
Sure, it cost $203.00 but for a Sunday morning with that level of service, well worth every penny to me!

Our house is about 60yrs old with original cast iron piping and yesterday both our shower and tube was clogged. Immediately went to Home Depot and bought a RIGID IND. feeding snake...and it didn't work, bought a bladder that fills with water to connect to a garden hose and it flooded the shower and backflowed the tub. It was time to call in the pro's...I called a plumber in Fremont came in did his inspection and tried to unclogged and no bueno...he referred us to ABOVE ALL PLUMBING. ZACH was dispatched came out did what he needed to do and BAM! drain was unclogged. ZACH was very helpful and knowledgeable in what he does highly recommended. We'll be calling more if there service in any cases arises.

Our HOA company hired them to fix our kitchen sink clog which was for a reason turned out to be a big deal (I had checked with other plumber too earlier). They were able to resolve the issue pretty quickly thanks to their knowledge about our community drainage setup. Also it was pretty easy to setup appointment once the work order was created. The lady on the phone was polite and went over all the details before setting up the appointment.

I will have to agree with Jack S. I had the same experience. I waited and waited for them to show up, and 30 min before the 2 hour window, I called them and was told about some emergency. When someone finally showed up 3 hours later, he was not courteous. I was starving. And then I was told that because the notice I posted to other condo units to notify them of water shutoff was only for a 3 hour window, he now can't do the job. And I was going to be charged for the 15 min that he was here, but since they have a one hour min, I would be charged the full hour $135, and I will have to book another appointment to complete the job. OMG, I felt so cheated. I was so mad I felt like running for the HOA Board just to fire them. In the end, I was charged over $200 for what should be a simple faucet leak that was quoted by other plumber to only cost $50-$60, but I had to use them because our HOA required these plumbers. What a racket.

My original impression that things were taken care of was apparently erroneous! Only a couple of weeks later I had to call them back. They recommended camera work in order to be able to quote and install a cleanout. I agreed and in the process the plumber discovered the previous plumber from Above All did not clean the line properly since he pulled out a lot of roots (which could not have grown in just a couple of weeks). To his and the company's credit, he did not charge me to redo the snaking since it wasn't done properly the first time. However, after paying $300 for the camera work, it took 2 weeks and two phone calls just to get the camera footage I paid for (which was not even complete) and at each of those phone calls I asked when I would be given a quote for the job. I was told they would contact me soon - they said the owner needed to come by to write up the quote. So here it is over 4 WEEKS later and NO QUOTE or even phone call. They could not more clearly communicate that they do not need my business so I have hired Action Plumbing to do the job. I am very disappointed in this company. They totally dropped the ball and I cannot in good conscience ever recommend them to anyone again.

our water heater died on a Thursday after noon and above all plumbing got there in 10 minutes!!! th 2 guys did a wonderful job at putting in new water heater.
they are a GREAT company and do outstanding work- we are very pleased.

Above All is a professional plumbing company. We use them for small emergencies and also used them for a whole house sewer replacement. I appreciate the fast and friendly service.
