Horrible, horrible. Do not call these people at all. The office staff Michelle super rude in the phone. They were good on the day I called they came right away and then I needed the quote. It's been a week when we were told the quote would be in our inbox by that evening or the next early morning. Tomorrow will be a week since we have been waiting for the quote. In the mean time we are having to shut off our hot water line from the water heater every time we need to shower or wash dishes. DO NOT CALL THEM THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. Very disappointed they were highly recommended to me by another plumbing company that only does commercial plumbing. Oh well found someone else and they have better stars than here so thanks for wasting my time and for not caring and doing nothing at all.

Above All Plumbing is a great company. They came out to inspect our leaking pipes and offered us two bids. Their invoice clearly listed what the bids would take care of -which helped us make an informed decision. When they came to our house the workers Steve and Sal were very polite, make sure to take off their shoes, and did a fantastic job fixing our problem. Whenever I called the office with? a question Alicia always answered my questions. I definitely recommend this company!

Had leaking faucet with leaking shut off valves in the bathroom called made an appointment for the next day they called to advise would be a little late and gave new arrive time.
Plumber Zach showed up I pointed out the problem and he got right on the job. Replaced the two shut valves and installed a new faucet.

Two toilets that were backing up. Ozzie showed up ahead of scheduled time, he had to pre- bend a large snake to go up the drain pipe at a very odd opposite angle but he got it through and voila ! Done in less than an hour. Great job Ozzie, great service!

I called him Ozzy, but I think his name is Owasldo, At any rate this guy was awesome. I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first. He had only been at the company for 5 months and the last guy that came out for an unrelated issue was young and inexperienced. But Ozzy put Above All back in good standings with me. I have to use them because the are contracted with my HOA.

After Ozzy diagnosed the problem with 5 minutes, he said something is clogging your toilet from the main drain. I'm going to have to take the toilet out. I was like OMG! Are you sure? I was so concerned because he had only been working for the company for a short while and my bathroom was just recently remodeled. Everything is new.

He told me don't worry. He is an experienced plumber and this is no big deal. Trust me. It will only take 30-40 minutes. He took the toilet out and discovered there was roots coming into the toilet from the drain. He removed the roots, cleaned up everything, reinstalled the toilet and recaulked the toilet perfectly. He was done in 35 minutes. He was just awesome from start to finish.

Oswaldo Mendes of Above All plumbing is a super hero. That's what I call a very personable, friendly, expert plumber! No cape needed. He gave good advice at his diagnostic visit. I ordered some parts from Home Depot and he came back to install them. Replacing the kitchen faucet was a standard job which he did perfectly. But the new adjustable-height shower sprayer he installed for me was not a typical job! He helped me figure out just where to locate it. You may have guessed that I am vertically challenged! Now I can reach and remove the shower sprayer, put it back, and taller people can adjust it upwards if necessary. I am very happy with Oswaldo and Above All Plumbing.

Also, dealing with the office staff was very easy. I got a call from the office in Fremont (sorry I can't remember the lovely lady's name!) giving me a heads-up before he arrived each time, and letting me know if there would be a delay. Dealing with other companies has never been as easy as dealing with Above All.

I had Above All Plumbing come out to fix a leaky shower handle and a leaky faucet, and while the work they did do was adequate (though they switched the sides for hot/cold in our master shower after replacing the part), I'm not sure if they ripped me off based on the quote they gave me for additional work.

My master bathroom toilet was leaking from the tank into the bowl and that was causing the bowl to empty and the tank to refill sporadically throughout the day. While they were fixing the other problems, I asked them about fixing this problem. They told me that it was an extensive process and would take quite a bit of labor ($250 parts and labor, because he said the tank had to be removed) and suggested it may be more cost effective to purchase an entirely new toilet and have it installed, which they offered to help with. We declined for the time being.

After a few months, the leaky bowl got worse and was causing a refill every two minutes, so I asked my landlord what he wanted to do. He looked at the problem, then replaced a seal in that toilet (and another one that was showing wear) which was a less than $5 part and it took him about a half an hour of time.

Above-All Plumbing will never get a call from us again.
