Well today was not a good customer service day for Above All Plumbing. We had a technician named Ed come and discuss our low water pressure problem on October 15. He was professional and wrote a quote. He said the office would schedule an appointment the next Monday. Monday came and went so we called Thursday the 22nd. They said 'sorry we didn't do that but we will schedule you for 8:00 am on Thursday the 29th. Today the 29th we were up and ready for our appointment. 8:00 came and went. At 8:15 my husband called them and spoke to a guy who answered the phone. He was told they would call so we knew what was up. At 8;45 the plumber shows and was rude and said we had no right to expect him the plumber to be on time. Plumbers don't have to be on time and they don't have to call anybody. My husband told him if you schedule an appointment be there or notify the customer why not. Anyway because of his poor attitude he is not doing our job and the company has lost us as a customer. We have a message in to talk to the owner we will see how that goes.
Unless things change dramatically I do not recommend this company.

Same day service as when I called in and very professional. They are fair with pricing and overall I was extremely happy with Above All Plumbing. I will only use them for my plumbing needs going forward.

Context Above All Plumbing to trouble shot a hot water heater that would not light. Came out that day got it started only for it to go out again. They came back out fixed it for now extra charge. Eventually had to replace it and install an enclosure as it was outside. AAP did a great job for a good price thanks for being prompt and responsive.

I contacted Above All Plumbing after attempting multiple times to reach several other local companies who either never answered and/or never called me back. I was able to get same day service for a gas dryer install where a pipe had to be changed out. The plumber was courteous, and got the work done quickly and the rate was very reasonable.

My only suggestion is to ask for a quote ahead of time as no prices were given or discussed ahead of time. I have have family out of state in the plumbing trade so I knew about what to expect, but it's always best to have a clear picture up front.

All in all I would highly recommend this company as they did a great job. I will definitely call on them for any other plumbing work needed in the future.
