Launched in 2021 by Frank Varela, a qualified General Contractor, who has been active in the construction field since 1988. He started by constructing track homes in San Diego County and transitioned to retail maintenance and commercial construction. Frank has served as a maintenance handyman for numerous retail establishments, such as CVS, Rite Aid, and Smart & Final, to name a few. Above All Maintenance has become one of the most trusted names in the construction service sector. As a licensed and insured general contractor, I have a background in both commercial and residential construction and repair work. We manage all aspects, including carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing, and nearly everything related to your property, we take care of it all.
