Founded in 2021 by Frank Varela, a licensed General Contractor, who brings decades of experience in the construction industry since 1988. He started by constructing track homes in San Diego County and transitioned to retail maintenance and commercial construction. He has worked as a maintenance handyman for various retail chains, including CVS, Rite Aid, and Smart & Final, to name a few. Above All Maintenance has become one of the most trusted names in the construction service sector. I hold a license and insurance as a general contractor, I have a background in both commercial and residential construction and repair work. We handle everything from carpentry to electrical and plumbing, and nearly everything related to your property, we take care of it all.
