Founded in 2021 by Frank Varela, a licensed General Contractor, with extensive experience in the construction sector since 1988. Frank began his career building track homes in San Diego County and later moved into retail maintenance and commercial construction. He has worked as a maintenance handyman for various retail chains, including CVS, Rite Aid, and Smart & Final, among others. Above All Maintenance has grown into a highly regarded name in the construction services field. I hold a license and insurance as a general contractor, I possess experience in commercial and residential construction and repairs. We handle everything from carpentry to electrical and plumbing, and just about anything concerning your property, we cover it all.
