Founded in 2021 by Frank Varela, a licensed General Contractor, with extensive experience in the construction sector since 1988. He started by constructing track homes in San Diego County and transitioned to retail and facility maintenance, as well as commercial construction. He has worked as a maintenance handyman for various retail chains, including CVS, Rite Aid, and Smart & Final, just to mention a few. Above All Maintenance has grown into a highly regarded name in the construction services field. As a licensed and insured general contractor, I possess experience in commercial and residential construction and repairs. We manage all aspects, including carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing, and nearly everything related to your property, we take care of it all.
