This was the worst professional hire I ever made. They scammed me. They were did a repair that was guaranteed for 30 days. In two weeks the leaks began again. They already charged me $1100, then they wanted to charge another $700 to try to fix the previously guaranteed repair. I told them to take a hike! I lost $1100 but called a company on Angie's List called The Clean Plumbers and they repaired my leak and other problems for only $400 (I wonder why they are on Angie's List and About Time is not, H-m-m-m) Please don't let them scam you. My warning.

Showed up on time. Charged 200 for a leaking facet. I was given the price after the work was finished. Never mentioned the inspection fee until after. Ended up just paying them to be done with it. Also quoted out replacing 1 1/2 PVC pipe to 2"""" PVC pipe 20 feet of it to the septic tank. Was quoted 2,800.00 for that job. seemed really high. Would not recommend.

Fantastic service. I called at 8 am with 2 clogged toilets. They were able to fit me into their schedule early in day, and BAM,.. 2 hours later everything's flowing smoothly! The woman I spoke to when I called was extremely pleasant, and Scott, the plumber, called to let me know he was just a few minutes away. He was awesome, and the whole experience was as quick and clean. I completely recommend this company. And, the rates were REALLY reasonable I know that when I need a plumber again, I'm calling these guys!

About Time Plumbing has always been very responsive and charged reasonable rates. I've used them for things as simple as clearing a clogged drain to replacing a gas water heater.

Terrible company: The owner of this awful company intentionally hit me with their vehicle after I confronted them about their illegal pumping of stagnant pond water onto the road my neighbors and I live on. The police even cited them for illegal pumping and a police report was filed for the vehicular hit and run. An hour later the same people showed back up and continued pumping illegally into a city street. I called the company office and explained the situation. They told me that they didnt have a replacement crew and that they couldnt be taken off the job. I find this completely unacceptable and unprofessional on many levels.
