Aaron B.Had them come out to look at why I was not getting hot water but only cold water. On the phone he mentioned he would not charge me if it was just a closed valve and that is exactly what it was and he ended charging me $120 for ten minutes. I mentioned to him saying ""I thought you wouldn't charge for a closed valve"". He replied ""It's not who you call it's what you know"". Really? I do not recommend because he is not honest, rude, and money hungry and basically got $120 for just turning a knob.
