I was very impressed with the professionalism of """"About Plumbing"""". They were able to work around our schedule to install our new hot water heater. They came and looked at the old heater to be able to give us a valid and honest estimate to replace it. When talking with them while giving us the estimate, we discovered that we probably had a water pressure problem as well. It turned out that the water pressure coming into the house was double what it should be. They corrected that problem as well and still stayed within what the original estimate that was quoted. I couldn't be any happier with the work that was performed and would highly recommend """"About Plumbing"""" to anyone who could use their services. It really feels great to feel like you were treated fairly and honestly!!

I was referred to About Plumbing by Red Beacon. Within 2 hours on 1-11-14. Dito arrived at my house on Saturday. I had sewage backup in basement toilet. They tried to rotorooter snake & ran into blockage. My sewer drain was broke in ground. Camera man came & found sewer brakeage in sinkhole area om 1-13-14 on Monday nite. Now today Tuesday backhoe guys dug out dirt found broken pipe & at 2:30 pm my drain is fixed, hay was put down, & I can wash clothes, take a shower, & use the toilet !! I must say Tim & his helper were outstanding pros. They know what they are doing. Thanks for a great job!! Dito is a great businessman as well.

About Plumbing was initially referred to us by our granite supplier to install our 3 new sinks and faucets. We have continued to call on Jorge and the plumbers who work in his company for more complicated jobs. On the current job, our outside faucet went from dripping to running. Jorge found the cause of the problem in the pressure release valve and replaced it. He also installed a cut-off valve for the house to supplement the cut-off from the street. Finally, he replaced the kitchen faucet. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and I have confidence in their work. Whether the job is big or small, I call on About Plumbing and I've referred them to others.
