I hired Abner plumbing to install a toilet in my basement .It required a pump to bring waste to the waste line. The problems began after several months ,every forth flush requires the waste pump to activate.When that happens the basement smells like raw sewage.They returned several times to try to repair it.NEVER GOT IT RIGHT.They refuse to CORRECT PROBLEM.Jeff may be nice,but in this case HE FAILED.

When you call a local plumber and advise him that you have turned off the water in your house because your basement is flooded and you don't know why, you expect there would be some concern by the person answering the phone at the business.
Instead, I heard a nonchalant comment from her saying that no one is available until Thursday to even look (It was Tuesday).
If you have an emergency, my suggestion is to pass this company. The person answering the phone must be making a lot of money, they don't seem concerned about business.
