I have used Travis with able plumbing twice now. Both times he came out the same day. I had a septic issue and Travis was able to locate my problem and tell me how I could fix it myself. Saving me a lot of $$$$$. His company is trustworthy, reliable, and fast. Highly recommend.

I've had Travis at my house more than a couple of times in the past 10 years (that's what I get for buying a +60yo home).

Every time he and his crew have been honest, up front, worked hard, and fixed every issue I've asked them to address.

From a basic garbage disposal issue to re-piping my water lines with copper pipe...it has all been fair and effective.

The best praise for them that I have, is that Travis has actually referred me to other plumbers that specialize in jobs better than him (shout out to Ray for the sewer and water main replacements!).

Able To is as straightforward as they come...and absolutely worth the call.

I have never hired a plumber before. I always hear all these horror stories about how difficult it can be and how they try and get every last penny. So when my sink got blocked I tried Drano and tried plunging. I was determined to fix it. After day 2 of not having a sink I realized that I need to just call a plumber. Ran across these guys on Yelp, and man was I happy! I called at 7:20am in the morning and was able to get through to someone. The plumber was in and out in about 25 minutes. Everything is working great and they did not over price me or tell me I needed other repairs. Very nice and efficient.

I can not see myself using anyone else in the future. Seriously, was really great.

I don't normally write reviews but this company is so exceptional that I had to take the time to do it. They are professional, efficient, punctual and really go the extra mile to take care of their customers. They are the only plumbers I will call because I know the job will get done! Truly the best!

Today I had Rich from Able to Plumbing out at our house one hour after making a call to their office and talking with Courtney.

Rich arrived, was happy to access the crawl space to confirm the location of our leak as well as open up a wall to make a determination of exactly what the repair would require. When opening up the wall he uncovered a 2nd item that didn't need to be fixed today but likely would need attention at some point. Since the wall was open we decided to go ahead and have him fix that as we'll. He offered a very fair price and had the repairs finished and tested within an hour and a half.

He also notified me of some items that he noticed while in the crawl space that may become issues in the coming years.

I have used 2 other plumbers from Livermore during the 5 years I have owned our home and I now will never need to use anyone else. Service is good, knowledge is great, and prices are fair.

A few days ago we started our morning by waking up to standing water outside our utility restroom (outside of the house, attached to garage). We called the company that had done our sewer inspection when we bought our property and didn't hear back. Yelp came to the rescue and had great reviews of Able To Plumbing and how responsive they are.

I called around 9am and got voicemail...bummer. Not 5 minutes later Courtney called me back and left me a message to let me know that should could have someone there in no time. I was extremely impressed with her customer service and their thorough follow up. I called her back and had an appointment set for 12:30 the same day. The wait was only because we couldn't get home before then.

My husband didn't catch the name of the guy that came out, but said he was quick, friendly, and explained what was going on (roots in our pipes) and gave us some helpful hints of how to avoid the same problem moving forward.

I definitely recommend and will keep them as my ""go-to""!

Great service and was able to deliver because another company was too afraid of working on some old pipe on a property that I help manage. They did the service and answers my phone calls promptly. I will definitely use their service again in the future and would be the first one that I call.

We had a plumbing problem at my business so I called to set up an appointment. Courtney set us up to have the issue checked out. The guys came out explained the possible problem and did a clean out for us and had everything up and running again. Great friendly service and very honest. I really appreciate dealing with a business that takes pride in what they do.

Awesome! Had a problem and called them. Said they'd be here in 20 minutes and they were!! Plumber was helpful and explained the problem and their solution. Very nice. Work was done quickly and well. Excellent customer service from everyone - making appointment, plumber, and plumber's assistant. Highly recommend using them. Price was reasonable, too. Will definitely use them if/when we have any more plumbing problems.

Horrible and shady company! The owner Travis harassed and threatened me after leaving this review. He called me 11 times at 6am the next day and cussed me out using the ""f"" word about a dozen times before I hung up on him.

So this all started when they came out to service my property on many occasions due to them ""being in bed"" with my landlords so to speak. Everytime they came they wouldn't be on time and I would have to wait around for them to show. They also even showed up on days when I told them I was not available. They always parked in my driveway blocking our cars in when there was ample street parking. (No one should park in anyone's driveway unless invited I feel) they left tools at my house on more than 2 occasions.

The thing that makes me upset the most is they would never announce their arrival. The would come into my backyard without letting us know they were there and even looked inside our bedroom window while we were still in bed as they past by (our bedroom windows faces the backyard)

Able to plumbing also accused me of stuffing stuff done the sewer intentionally to block the system. The said my wife would flush lots of tampons and paper towels which is not the case at all. My wife like any other woman is fully aware you cannot flush that down the toilet. Able to plumbing also never cleans up properly after a job and always leave a mess even asking me for towels and products to aid in cleaning up which is something they should have in their trucks.

I reached out to Courtney the office manager to complain and she hung up on me after using several cuss words. I tried calling back and she cussed me out again. The next day the owner Travis called me 11 times cussing me out at 6am. I asked him to calm down to actually talk and he just kept cussing me out and threatening me. He said if I didnt remove my ripoff report and my yelp he was going to sue me. Now if Travis would of been calm and addressed my concerns maybe I would have but he was a hot head and lost his temper so here the review will stay.

Feel free to respond Travis, if you can keep your cool which we both know you can't.


Last but not least. The plumbers went thru my personal belongings and reported them back to my landlord on what I had in my yard and house. I'm pretty sure that is none of their business and if they ever set foot on my property again I will call the police
