We had a disposal disaster on a Friday afternoon...two other companies told me the soonest they could come was Tuesday. Could not use the kitchen sink. Travis and Trent squeezed us in and had it fixed in an hour! A huge mess that they totally cleaned up. They knew exactly what to do. And they're really nice too.

I called Able To on Wednesday 5/26/21 because of clogged shower drain. Sewage was coming up through my drain whenever I ran the water in my kitchen sink...YIKES! Someone was available to come out that day - but I was not available. Travis came out the next day and was able to unclog my shower drain within 45 minutes. He was very friendly, professional and I am so happy! The price was very reasonable. I will use this company again.

We went from a two bowl sink to one. Required re-doing the plumbing since it was two bowls before. Also it's an under mount sink - it took extra time. The easy route would have been drop in.

We've had a problem with a clogged kitchen sink. I tried to clear it to no avail. Travis came in at the time he scheduled with us, saw the problem, and fixed it immediately. He was very professional. He even wiped out the inside of our cabinet with Clorox spray prior to finishing the job. We are very happy with his service and he's a really nice person too. Highly recommended! Will call again in the future.

I just want to share my first/ Last poor experience with all. It's a family runs a small business, but it is not a professional company. In Feb/2021 they charged me $89/hr. for the labor as regular rate, but they overcharged for the materials and provided a low-end obsoleted product for us, for example, they charged me totally $635 for replacing a new elongated toilet with TOTO brand, model number ST743ET was built on 11/25/2012 (please read the model number and the building date at inside of the toilet water tank on the photo), and hauled the old toilet away. In fact, I went to Home Depot on-line and checked the new toilet price, the plumber provided the new toilet model is obsoleted in Home Depot, the similar model is CST746CSM costs $286+tax, but the owner, Travin told me the new toilet was costed $500 each. It is not honest. Finally I am not happy with the owner, Travin because he worked with himself only and spent about 4 hours to complete the job with replaced 3 new toilets and hauled the old ones away. He charged me totally $ 1974 with the obsoleted model of the new toilets. In my opinion, you make your judgement on my unhappy experience.

Travis, came recommended by Fergussuns Plumbing Supply. We are late posting this review.. 30 year old bathtub drains are ""locked up"" do to age. Travis gave it his best shot and explained the issues (welded with rust etc). Though we had no luck loosening it up, he gave the possible alternatives and projected costs. He even recommended a couple of other less expensive viable solutions. Refreshingly pleasant, knowledgeable man,, we will call upon him for future plumbing issues.

Able To is the only plumber I've called for years because they are 100% honest and reliable. Most recently, I made an appointment for some non-urgent work to replace a couple of worn out hose bibbs. The work would require cutting off the old ones and welding on new pieces so that's definitely beyond my DIY abilities. Travis called to say he could be there almost an hour early. He finished quickly and set up the new bibbs so that if they ever wear out they can be replaced easily. Able To is a great local business and I highly recommend them for any plumbing work.
