A while ago I asked Jim Moscone (Moscone Plumbing) if he could help a client with a sewer problem. Jim said for sewers he calls Able Tex and I've been recommending them ever since. What I can tell you is that every experience has been outstanding.

They've done inspections, clean outs, fixed issues for clients all of whom told me they are terrific. Today they came through with a last minute emergency call.

My cousin had a sewer back up 1 week ago and called in a so called sewer expert. Today (Sunday) it happened again. Understandably she was very upset. I told her that the person she had in clearly didn't fix the problem and that I knew who could.

Today is Sunday. I called Able Tex at 12:30 and received a call back from Eric 20 minutes later. He had 5 more jobs to do but would come right after most likely at 5-6 pm. At 5:40 Eric called to say he was on his way and arrived 15 minutes later.

Eric found the problem the other guy missed, gave my cousin a 90 day guarantee and charged her HALF what she paid last week. Eric and Able Tex delivered exceptional customer service; this is a company you can depend on.

When I sell a house I advise buyers to get the drains cleaned out and continue to do so every few years. It's just part of home maintenance. If you haven't, you know who to call now - Able Tex.

We called these guys for emergency service when our kitchen sink clogged up on us while prepping for dinner on CHRISTMAS EVE last year. They showed up within an hour or two as promised, fixed the problem fast - including somehow accessing pipers/sewer lines underground in our backyard - and we were back on track to making dinner in no time. Price seemed reasonable, guys were friendly - and most importantly, and no one in the family had an idea we had any issues in the house earlier in the day.
