My client called me to let me know how professional, efficient and friendly their experience was with this company. They were extremely neat and protected my clients property while getting the job done and in the end that is what we want as customers. Highly recommended.

Positive - came out quickly, were out in 30 min for $400 - which was what I was quoted

Negative - lots of splattered sewage, put up some plastic tarps if they are coming as it can easily be prevented

These Guys are the Best My father is a plumber and he recently passed away so we had to get someone for a stoppage with our fingers crossed we got Able sos out of the phone book and I would recommend them to anybody great timely and affordable service ...

Ok, I used these guys again. We just had a huuuuge rain storm and my outside drain over flowed. I was scared the water was going to back up into my house. I called them when I got home from work, around 6:30ish. There were able to come out that same evening, in about 2 hours of me calling. They were able to fix the issue. Really nice guys, I would highly recommend them.

Called Able SOS last Saturday when one of our bathroom's drains reached unbearable. I called late morning, had great communication with dispatch, and someone arrived in a few hours.

He made quick work of the clog, made sure there was no leaking below, and everything's running quickly as it should.

Overall, a good experience getting a pain resolved painlessly.

Overpriced service.
With 100's of licensed companies in Bergen and Hudson counties there is no reason to overpay. They charged a lot more than other comparable services.

When I complained and wrong negative reviews the owner called me and asked that I will modify the review out of the kindness of my hart. He did not make any attempts to rectify the situation and make me happy.

Wife was home alone did not shop around and we got ripped off by these people. $240 to remove a clog in laundry pipes. 15 min work. Then I called to complain they tell me ""we have high overhead"". Avoid this shameless company.

I got a call from company owner and after lengthy he refused to give me partial refund, suggesting that its extortion. I flagged his review as self service that is against Yelp protocol of reviews by customers only.

Button line is that the service they provided cost me $100 including tip last year from a licensed plumber. If you don't want to overpay avoid this company.

called the company to give me a quote for unclogging sewage pipe, a tech came and quoted me for $450/hr. he did whatever he could down in the crawl space and suggested to pump out the sewage first. I called another company to have the sewage pumped out and called SOS again. Another guy came and he said he can't get into the crawl space b/c of the smell is not good for health (well, the first guy didn't complain anything even the sewage was not pumped out). waste of time and expensive labor. I have another plumbing company came in to perform the same work, nicely done.

After a call from the owner regarding my post I am satisfied that this company really does value their customers and this was a one off case of an overwhelmed employyee having a bad day. The resolution to our situation is just icing on the cake, nothing compared to having my wife contacted directly and be apologized to. Way To Go Able!
