I called Tom at 4:45 for a backup in my main drain and he was out within 2 hours. He snaked my drain all the way to the street. He was very friendly and professional, top notch service! I followed up with him via text later that night and he responded promptly. Although the service cost more than the providers I've previously used, I greatly appreciated his responsiveness, professionalism, thoroughness and personality.

Tom saved the day when our regular Plumber(A&J Drain Services, LLC) didn't even return my calls, emails since last night and today; very disappointed with them and they lost my business. Kitchen clogged and it had to be snaked twice. Tom is very courteous, and he gives you the price for the job upfront and he also kept me apprised when he was on his way from the other job. He works 24/7 and he is very impressive with good business ethics. As he told me he would never leave a customer stranded unless he is not able to do the work and he would notify the customer first!!

I can't say enough about Tom and how impressed I am with his business ethic! We have a problem with a clog in our basement. Unfortunately, because the pipe is located behind a wall, he is unable to access it for us. Not only did he give me recommendations on another company to call, he gave me the options we have and wrote down exactly what the problem is so I at least sound like I know what I'm taking about when I call the other company:) On top of that, he did not charge for the house call. I couldn't believe it, it seems like people and businesses just don't make those kind gestures anymore. I will definitely be calling Tom for any future problems we have because he definitely gained my trust and respect today! Thanks Tom!!

I called Tom at 8PM on a Saturday because my main drain was clogged and backing up into my finished lower level. By 9:30PM my main drain was flowing again. He explained where and what the problem is...neighbor's tree roots...and will send me reminders when it's time to trim the roots again.
