Came home from work and found the clog sink in the kitchen. I knew I had to get it fixed quickly because I would be away from home the next two days. I looked online and found all of the great ratings that Able Rooter had. I called and spoke to Tom he asked if I could schedule for the next day and I explained why I couldn't. He said no problem he would be there within two hours. 45 minutes later Tom is pulling into my driveway. The roof is wet but Tom is still willing to climb a ladder and snake my drain from the roof vent. I couldn't ask for a more professional and thorough Plumbing support. 30 minutes later my drain is clean and Tom is on his way home or at least I hope he is on his way home and not off to another emergency call. Great job very professional well done... Thank you!

A backed-up basement sewer drain is no joke. Thank goodness I checked Yelp reviews before I called someone else, because I found a gem with Able Rooter!

At 7:30 am, I was surprised to get a real person on the other end of the line. Tom was able to work me in to his busy day, texted me when to expect him, showed up 30 minutes early, and was finished fixing the problem in less than an hour. A routine fix at what I consider a very fair price.

Good communication is the sign of a great business in my book and Able Rooter excels at it. Tom even texted me to thank me for my business when he left. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, they are the company for me. Highly recommended!

I can't imagine where to begin with Able Rooter. I have been using Able Rooter for quite some time. The call to the plumber is never a good thing but the professionalism and courtesy that I receive makes it a good thing. Tom is awesome!!!!

He also gave me some excellent advice about a government program that would save me hundreds if not thousands of dollars on a sewer line repair if it came to that.
