Our usual plumbers were not readily available to fix our problem due to summer travel plans so we received a recommendation for this company. When we called they were able to come in a reasonable time frame. They were supposed to show up between 8AM and noon on a weekday. When they did not show up by noon they were called to see what time they would be arriving. They said they accidentally booked us for tomorrow but would be out in a few hours. They arrived and fixed a leaky bathtub faucet and a loose handle on the kitchen sink. This required a cold stem handle rebuild kit which the got from their truck.

The work took about an hour but the invoice did not differentiate the cost of the parts from the cost of the labor. Even with the part (which seems to be a small part costing $20 or less) the total pricewas more than two hours of labor costs for our usual plumbers.

Additionally the plumber tracked mud through our house and left the bathroom filthy.
