Called for a fix to a leak behind the wall of my upstairs bathroom. Rob (owner) came out and cut through my drywall to expose multiple leaks coming from several pipes. He was able to replace all the bad pipes and explain in detail everything he was going to do beforehand. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. This company has sent over 3 different technicians and they have all been great (changing pipes, toilet installation, and changing water pressure regulator) I will continue to call them in the future for my plumbing needs. I always recommend them to anyone I know.

The entire process worked well. Received a quick appointment, arrived on time, and Nelson did a terrific job installing my new kitchen faucet. I then had Able do some work tuning up my toilets. All done well and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Able Plumbing.

I called Able in off hours and left a message. Also left another message and time to call. Never got a response. Called the next day at 11 AM. Another recording telling me they are closed and will be open in the morning. A woman called me back. She wouldn't even let me explain the problem I was having with the garbage disposal. Just told me a short amount of time from someone at Able would cost me $125.00 and I probably needed a new disposal. The 3/4 HP Insinkerator is only 2 years old. Without any info from me about the problem she assumes I needed a new disposal. That would cost $398.00. I asked what horsepower it had. She replied 1/2 HP. I paid $257.20 for the 3/4 HP insinkerator I bought 2 years ago.
I called Sa's Plumbing. He came today. Fixed my disposal and charged $100.00. Thumbs down To Able Plumbing. Thumbs up to SA's!

We called Able Plumbing on Sunday and left a message concerning a non-emergency issue. They returned our call on Monday morning and were at our house later that morning and fixed our problem. We ended up getting a new top quality faucet from Rob and he even offered to let us just use it for 30 days and if we didn't like it we could give it back. What plumber does that? We completely trust Rob this was the second time we have used Able plumbing. He explains everything as he is working through the plumbing issue and he is completely respectful and easy to get along with. This company will be our plumber from now on.

This owner makes it very clear that he does not care what his long time customers think. That he is very willing to make up work that he did not do to justify the unjustifiable. We've used this company three times before. But we will never again. He says that he is very used to dismissing complaints to help his bottom line.

Not sure if this company is still in business since they don't answer their phone, don't respond to messages left on voicemail and if you ask for a callback time on their website they never call you back. They used to be a great company, but perhaps they've gone out of business and haven't shut everything down. So I guess move on to a different plumber.

Rob is by far one of the best plumbers that I've ever dealt with. He is fair and he explains what he will do. He makes every effort to get to you as soon as he reasonably can and his greater communicating when he can't do so. He is unfailingly polite and when he's done work for you you don't feel like someone has ripped you off.
