Able plumbing was recommended by my neighbor who had used them for years. We called and that very afternoon Able arrived and within 45 minutes problem solved and p v c pipes replaced with new better configured ones, cleaned drain and no more back up at a fair price. Very clean with drop cloths and pleasant. Definitely would call them again.

Our first experience with Able was in June 2009. Our water heater needed to be replaced and Rob T did an excellent job on a weekend. He also identified and corrected several defective cut offs and poorly routed pipes. We were totally satisfied.

Since then we've used Able seven times for plumbing jobs, large and small (plumbers Rob, Danilo, Nelson and Bryan). They are professional, charge reasonable prices, and do great work.

Just called them to get a garbage disposal replaced and the flat rate quoted was less than we paid a competitor 12 years ago.

Charged 375 to snake a kitchen sink and another 150 to replace a pipe under the sink cause when the garbage disposal is on it spurts water out of the sink. Apparently it was because the pipe was clogged and did not need to be replaced just snaked. When I talked to another plumber he told me that it did not need to be replaced and he only charges 150 to snake. Then 30 days later the pipe starts leaking that they replaced and said their guarantee was only for 30 days but they would fix it. Like they were doing me a favor. Shop around they are expensive and do crappy work.

From the moment you call you are greeted by a friendly voice (Val) she takes down your information and gets you on your way to be scheduled. We had our hot water heater die on a Saturday. Able plumbing was able to get me a new one installed by Monday. Rob the owner, dealt with my insurance company to ensure the work was covered and he and Nelson had the heater installed in no time. Very professional; would use again.

After receiving an over priced quote for replacing a water heater, I saw this company had received good reviews and thought to give them a chance. I set up an appointment with Val, who was very friendly and had a great attitude. They quoted me a price that was $800 less than the previously mentioned quote! I was told they could get to me the next day for a late morning appointment.

Later that day I received a return call from Val letting me know that they would be able to bump me up to an early appointment time.

The morning of the work I received a call ahead letting me know the technician (Henry) was on the way. Henry arrived on time and after doing an initial inspection of the water heater, got right to work. We have a three year old that is very curious and was trying to ""help."" He was very polite and kind to her even when she got out her tool box. Henry was knowledgeable and answered questions I had about the new unit and didn't show any signs of being annoyed by the questions. He was done promptly and was professional the entire time.

I would highly recommend this company and would definitely consider doing business with them again.

We've used Able Plumbing consistently for several years. After our new home experienced a main water line break in our basement utility room, Rob was able to diagnose the problem from pictures that I texted to him. He dispatched Danilo, his best main water line repairman who replaced our black plastic water line with a more reliable copper line at a reasonable price. We were only without water for 1 day so we really appreciated his sense of urgency to repair over the weekend. Thanks again for your awesome customer service!

We scheduled an appointment with them for our rental property and after coordinaton with the tenant they cancelled the appointment 10 minutes before they were scheduled to come and provide an estimate . Very unprofessional and not expected from someone who has only 5 star reviews.
