This morning I had to call a plumber after finding several inches of dirty sewer water in my bathtub. I called a few places and got some pretty high estimates but then called Able Plumbing since an old neighbor works for them. They gave me an estimate for $140 to snake my clean-out and scheduled an arrival time for mid-morning. They called just a few minutes when they were on their way and Adrian showed up on time and got right to work snaking out the clog in the kitchen clean-out. That helped a lot but then he went to the clean-out at the back of the house and tried that. When he became concerned that something didn't feel right with the snake in the line, he suggested using their in-pipe camera system to see if there was any blockage like roots or broken pipe. For an extra $190 he checked my line all the way to the street and gave me a good report of no roots, and that my 70 year old ceramic drain pipe was in good condition! Very nice to know I won't have to be digging that up in the future! That piece of mind was well worth the money.

I have to compliment Able Plumbing for being an honest company that doesn't take advantage of a homeowner when they're in a pinch and also for Adrian for being such a nice guy and easy to work with. I just added Able Plumbing to my contact list on my phone for my next plumbing need, and highly recommend them anyone else

Vincent climbed up on my roof in the high heat with this huge snake. He unplugged my toilet and bathtub. He explained that my pipes are uneven so you can't send the snake all the way. It is an older home. He was a very pleasant young man and very strong.

We had what we thought was a leaking pump, Able came out to check it and it was fine but still had to pay the 4 hour minimum, so $600. He did try and fill his time by putting in a alarm in case the water ever rises in the pump hole. Good , knowledgeable service, just beware of the min charge.

Our washing machine pipe kept over flowing. Evan came same day and fixed it. He first checked our bathroom and kitchen and tested the machine afterward. He cleared the pipe and it no longer overflows :)

We had a sudden clog and backup in our kitchen sink on a Saturday morning that flooded the kitchen - the building manager called Able and they were on-site within a few hours. They were able to snake the stuff our building manager had tried and failed to remove. The offending material turned out to be some weird grass or hay that may have come from the neighbors - our apartment building is around 100 years old and sometimes prone to weird plumbing problems, but the guy from Able fixed the issue and also repaired a leaky pipe that had been damaged in the course of all this tough snaking. Best possible outcome!

An honest plumbing company that does the work that's needed without overcharging. I buy and renovate properties from houses to commercial buildings. I also manage properties. When I have a plumbing problem these are my go-to guys. I've used them to snake lines to replacing sewer lines under driveways. They have a good size staff of well-trained plumbers with just about all the equipment you would ever need -- from long snakes, to cameras, to trenching equipment. And their people are friendly too. Just recently I had them determine the source of a problem and repair it. This was no small task as it required digging up part of the driveway to access an incorrectly installed kitchen sink line. Just to be safe I had my general contractor and his plumber review the work and they both concurred that it was the right thing to do and it was done right. I recommend them to other people in the business as well.

Called Able Pluming, Sewer and Drain to come snake our clogged bathroom sink. When the plumber arrived he informed me it was more than a simple snake, and explained the reason why it was clogged and fixed the problem very quickly. Evan explained to me in detail what he had done, why it clogged and how we can help to prevent it from clogging. The plumber Evan who came to our home he was extremely professional from the moment he arrived. Evan was a delight to work with did an amazing job.
