We had a major toilet """"issue"""" today. Called Able Plumbing and the weekend Technician answered the phone """"Able Plumbing how can I help you"""" and I was already impressed. I believe his name was Raymond (please excuse me if that is incorrect). I explained our problem and he said he would call me as soon as he finished his current job. Within 10 minutes he called and said he was on his way. He arrived quickly and communicated with me about a plan to proceed. Upon discussion and further inspection, he did not hesitate to reach out to his boss for additional input. The boss even showed up with equipment needed to locate our clean outs. We have 3 and they were all covered by dirt and pine straw. Once there was access the problem was quickly resolved. They even checked the rest of our lines to make sure they were all functioning well. I am so relieved and happy with the results of their work. The price was VERY reasonable and the job was professionally completed! You have a new very satisfied customer. Thank you!!!

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. Was given a time between 3pm and 5pm for estimate. Took vacation time off from work to be home during the time provided. Was called at 4:30 pm and informed that they were not going to be able to keep the appointment. This tells me all I need to know. When people show you who they are, believe them. Is this the level of professionalismyou want working on your home?

Able plumbing just replaced our water heater. Absolutely awesome service. Something that seems to have been lost in todays world. I don't think it is possible to get more professional than these guys/gals. Price was good too!
