I was in search of a plumber to fix an issue in the master bathroom, walk-in shower. The issue was that no hot water would come out. I called to schedule an appointment early in the morning. The company was able to get someone out to my house by mid afternoon. The plumber that came was courteous, quick, & friendly! The only reason I did not rate them a 5 is that I don't agree with their pricing. They charge $120 for the 1st hour and prorate the ensuing hours. So my problem was fixed within 20 mins. I paid $120 for 20 mins.? Hmmmmm... I will definitey utilize them again, though, as I felt they were honest and quick.

I contacted 3 different companies to do a replumbing of my home. Able Plumbing was the most considerate and their price was also the lowest but fair. Gregory and his son, Greg, performed the work. They were very professional and went above and beyond my expectations. Anyone who lives in their house while any type of constructions is going on will appreciate having these type of people in their home. The office staff was also wonderful. I was kept informed about what was going on and when I could expect them to show up. Always timely and considerate. Will be my plumbers for life.

I have a simple problem and called them (they are close to me). They said they would send someone out """"this afternoon."""" They didn't. That's not the problem. The problem is no one called and told me they could not make it today, and when I called """"Nick"""" (the person who told me they would send someone out today) he didn't answer (I called before close-of-business). I called the number listed on the website and got an answering service (after 5 p.m.). If they had just TOLD me the situation I could have gotten someone else. They didn't and now I am leaving this review. I'll amend it if I merely hear from them and they commit to a day and approximately time, and make that day and approximate time.

Had a very bad experience. They came and did a free service call to look at lift station that needed a new pump. Technician Greg was very professional and respectful. Told me owner would call next day with a price for work. Owner priced job at $1,000. I asked owner what kind of pump that was for he said a large septic pump. This is a tiny pump for an 80 gallon lift station for washer and kitchen sink only.. 3 other quotes for under $500 installed. I went with Herzer plumbing instead. He admitted he had no idea what pump I needed and priced me the most expensive. Apparently your """"free estimate"""" is just a excuse to take advantage of people at double the cost of everyone else.

My elderly father had a leak under his sink, water on the kitchen floor that I found upon returning to his house in Middleburg. I wasn't able to discern if the leak was from the faucet or from underneath the sink. I called at 4:30 on a Friday and they showed up in less than an hour, replaced a cartridge in the faucet and were out in less than 30 minutes. They were friendly and fast in this case. And no matter which way you slice it, plumbing costs are never cheap, but they were reasonable. I would try them again for future plumbing issues.

I have used able plumbing for 15-20 years but after the experience I had today I am done with them. I called in for a service call to fix a leak from my dishwasher. I told the """"lady"""" on the phone that it was the same problem they came out last time, 3-4 times, and I paid each time to supposedly fix the issue. At that point she proceeded to basically telling me I was lying because """"we don't work that way."""" I assured her I distinctly remember paying them For each time they came out. Again she got all pissy and said she didn't believe me so I politely told her to f*** Off and called another company. I've spent thousands of dollars with them over The years but they will never get my business again. Stay away from this company.
