The staff in the office (Chrissy) was so kind and helpful in answering initial questions and the gentleman that came to our home (rosindo) was professional, incredibly knowledgeable as well as personable. These traits are wayyyyy hard to find these days. My experience with Able plumbing was nothing shy of excellence

I needed to relocate plumbing as I am remodeling my kitchen. Someone recommended Able Plumbing, so I called and made an appointment. Victor, wearing a mask, arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment. He looked at the job, recommended a plan, and then began to go to work. Throughout the project, I recommended that he take a break; he just kept on working. Victor did a splendid job. He was professional, skilled, and focused. I would highly recommend Able Plumbing. I am very satisfied with their work.

Warning to those considering this plumbing company: I had (6) Rennai tankless water heaters at end-of-life, so they needed replacement. The Rennai website listed this company as a local servicer of their water heaters so I hired them to replace all (6) water heaters. The installation job was sloppy since the new water heaters did not fit the exact form factor as the old units. They left sharp sheet metal cuts exposed that could lacerate you if you aren't careful! They also saved themselves $$$ by using 1/2"""" gas lines instead of the 3/4"""" gas lines required (thus cutting my BTUs by 50%)! This is disgusting! Two years later, after I discovered this cheat, Able Plumbing was NO LONGER A RENNAI AGENT (I wonder why!). I hired Adrian @ A Plus Plumbing (a Rennai """"ACE"""" agent) to fix the Able Plumbing deceit. The thing I hated more than anything are the Able Plumbing labels they put on EVERYTHING on my property! I did not authorize them to do that -- it's clearly something the owner tells the service people to do. I called them and told them to come back and remove all those obnoxious 4""""x4"""" labels. Of course, when they left, not all the labels were gone. Really poor company practice! Able Plumbing = inferior service at a superior price!

Called these guys due to a leaky toilet. I had installed a complete rebuild kit but my tenant insisted they come. They went and re-install a new kit of theirs. After they left, the toilet is still leaking causing damage to the unite below, cost me $1200 to fix in drywall and paint to the bathroom unit below. Then I got a bill for $300. Just install a toilet rebuild kit that was not needed. And it still leaks. Honestly, $300 to install a $20 toilet kit, and not done correctly. The toilet needed to be shaken around to make sure it doesn't leak, they did not do that so it leaked. I will be sure to share my story with others.

Don't know what more anyone could ask for! FAST, courteous and helpful! My washing machine water backed up and came from my half bath, due to a blockage in the water line. Had water everywhere! To get service so quickly and to have a friendly, caring and professional plumber like VIC, eased my mind. Vic took time to explain what happened and why...imagine that! On top of excellent service, I wasn't price gouged. Hope I DON'T need them again, but if I do, I wouldn't trust any other company!
