Great service, knowledgeable professionals. They clean up well after the work is done, unlike other contractors who've worked for us before. Our first estimate for plumbing work was from 3 years ago and the rate only increased a bit since them. He was ready to work when he got there and worked diligently the whole time. Great attitude, very professional. We would definitely call them again.

Kyle C. and Able Plumbing and Electrical are amazing!!! We have Rentals in Chico and we live out of town. Whenever we have an issue we know we can call them up and not only will they fix it ASAP, they give us a great price as well. Recently we ended up having to replace EVERY single water heater in the complex and boy was it expensive!!! Kyle was able to work with his company to make the price as low as they could and worked with us on the payment schedule. Then they proceeded to install 21 brand new water heaters and all that they entail in ONE WEEK!!!! We will always use Able Plumbing and Electrical and hopefully work with Kyle C. again. Thanks guys!!!

The pilot light is my water heater wouldn't stay lit. My Landord's have always used Able Plumbing. I can see why. Same day appointment, (I thought I'd be without hot water because the 4th of July was the next day)! Bryan B. and his helper Brad were extremely courteous, and polite. They explained what options were available. They needed to run the pricing past the owners, and I expected them to leave and come back. Surprisingly enough, they carry parts, including new water heaters, etc. on their truck! They replaced the water heater and informed me of what they were doing and how to work the alarm if it ever went out! Thank you Bryan B. and Brad for the fast service and friendliness!

Dwain was very prompt, professional, and courteous. He quickly found our problem (as well as one that we were not aware of yet but would have been). Before doing any work Dwain explained the problems in detail, and without pressure, he gave me options. Once we decided on what we wanted done he quickly repaired the problem. This was my first time calling for plumbing help since moving to Chico. I was trying to replace shower faucet stems in an old mobile home. Technician Mikie told me that i had the wrong part but that replacement parts are impossible to come by.
The next day, Mikie said the part IS availabe and he ordered it. Seversl days later, it is fixed. I was going to give less-than-perfect review for the length of time it took to figure this out. But then he changed the stem in the hot water faucet as well. And the entire time, his attitude was grea

I contacted Able for some electrical work I wanted done for a kitchen remodel. This was a very simple job that would take a skilled electrician about 1 hour to complete. The technician quoted me $1275.00 to complete the job. I chose not to pay this outrageous amount but still had to pay the $49.00 for the quote. I went down to my local hardware store and spent about $ 10.00 in supplies and completed the job in about two hours. I would highly recommend getting multiple quotes as this companies prices seem to be highly inflated. On a positive note, the technician was very friendly and professional.

Update: I was contacted by the technician, who again was very friendly and professional, and he refunded the service call charge. I greatly appreciate the refund and hold no hard feelings.

We were extremely satisfied with the work Dale performed. He was on time, very courteous, tidy and did a great job explaining what was needed and his recommendations. He gave us several options explaining the pros and cons of each. He stayed late to make sure the work was done and done right. When we discovered a leak that night, he was back first thing in the morning to fix it. After using several plumbers over the years, I will definitely use Dale in the future.
