Our toilet was running/leaking and making a constant tapping noise. Gave Scott a call based on previous Yelp reviews. He was so friendly on the phone. I was worried about being charged a crazy fee on a weekend, but he assured me that Saturday morning would cost the same as Monday. He also explained that he can come by, give me an estimate, and I can make my decision at that point, with no charge if I decided not to do anything.
Scott came by this morning to assess my situation, gave me a real picture of what was going on and what needed to be done and a quote.

We rent our unit, and because major work needed to be done, I needed to check with my landlord first.

Our landlord decided against it and told us he'd get it fixed himself.

If it was just me, I would have moved forward with Scott in a heartbeat. He was straight up and honest and I could tell he was all about doing an efficient job.

I had a clogged toilet in my rental unit. I called Able Plumbing and the owner (Scott Fiori) was able to come the same day. He fixed the problem and found that someone had thrown baby wipes in the toilet. He also wrote his finding on the receipt so I can charge the tenant for the call. Great service! I've used Able Plumbing a couple of times before and they've always been very reasonable and fair. I highly recommend them.

Scott came by today, replaced my broken garbage disposal and also did an excellent job replacing some old piping underneath our kitchen sink. He took the time to make sure everything fit right and left everything clean and working. He guarantees his work and is more than reasonable with what he charges.

We found Able Plumbing on Yelp, called number and the owner of Able Plumbing, Scott Fiori arrived in minutes. Scott was professional, courteous and well mannered. He replaced the broken valve and the water was back on in 40 minutes. Scott is the guy we will call for future plumbing repairs we highly recommend him.
