called them out already knowing the problem. asked for them to come and give estimate on new well. Worker layed in grass smoking reading instruction on pump that was brand new. I told him at least 3 times the pump is new I just want on estimate on a new well or pull pipe and replace. He continued with his ""diagnosis"" milking the visit for 4 hours of labor. DO NOT CALL them unless you are ready for a $500 bill for nothing.

If you're looking for someone to answer any questions do not call this company. Literally asked what they are going to charge you for. They drove out to my home and I understand I'm quite a drive out. But to do nothing and cant explain to me why they charged me 350.00. The answer from them was it took us 50min to drive to your house from the shop and we had 2 men (less then 30min talking/conversation) and took 50 min from your house to the shop. I have never my whole life been charged for someone leaving thier shop to come and give me an estimate. Shame on you! I saw somewhere on Google saying free estimates. I'm forsure tell you I'm going elsewhere I wished I looked here 1st. But there was nothing on Google or fb for review.

Called because I had frozen pipes. I live in an older mobile home. I called on Friday morning and was told that someone would be out. By Friday afternoon at 3pm I was told someone would be out on Saturday. The guy arrived and was here 10 minutes if that and said he had to leave someone had an emergency. Duh isn't mine an emergency. called him later and he said he couldn't make it back till Monday. Talked with someone Monday morning and they said they would be out. I was #2 on the list. At 2pm I called and was told I haven't forgot about you. Arrived at 330 and said it would be a two man job and couldn't get to me until probably Wednesday. I have been without water since Thursday night. I would definitely call someone else if I need any plumbing help

Wish I would have read review - good work - outrageous fee. $40 truck fee and $173+ hourly rate plus supplies way overpriced.

They did a good job, but charged me three times the cost of supplies worth. Also charged me for coming out to my place a 10 minute drive at max. I would say I was charged 4 to 5 times of what I should have been charged. Next time I will be calling someone else to fix my plumbing problem.
