Company left a mess at my 86 year old mother's house and owner blamed her for it. There was human waste all over the walls in the bathroom after his company finished clearing a sewer clog. Owner refused to come clean up the mess.

They came and spend an hour, used our water , said the line was clear . With in 1.5 days the line is backed up again. I did ask about running a camera in the line so I could see what was causing the drain problems and was told they did not have it available. . I call this company cause I thought they were reliable. I am so disappointed . I won't ever be using there service again!!!

I recently used Able plumbing for a small home repair.When I called to make the appointment for the service call I asked If I could pay on my upcoming payday.I was told yes by the female office manager.Upon completion of the repairs I was told by the plumber that payment had to be made now.He called his office spoke to the office manager who denied
ever telling me that I could pay on my payday just a day away.The boss got on the phone and was vehemently insisting that payment should be made NOW.I had been lied to and was also accused of lying
Bottom line- I will not use able plumbing EVER again nor do i recommend them to anyone.Go with someone else that treats their customers better.There are other options in Searcy for plumbers.
