Polite and fair price. Harley was professional and efficient when he was working on our issue. Very slow response time and communication. We called on Monday at 9:00am and after a second call on Tuesday at 9:00am, we received a response. They were supposed to be there Tuesday and after following up with them again that afternoon, we found out they couldn't make it. Finally came on Wednesday. The timeline of our appointment wasn't necessarily an issue, it was more about the lack of communication.

Harley able did a great job. Had to have drain system redone because it had become dislodged in the wrong direction. He worked tirelessly and redid that then the toilet had to be replaced due to a crack in the tank to large for repair. He was able to install a taller one because both my sons are well over 6 ft. He also noticed the stand alone shower had become dislodged and was draining directly under house and repaired it. Then he changed the seal in second bathroom and rechecked all his work before leaving. The work is excellent and he actually was referred to me by another customer who also sang his praises for all the work he had done for their home. And YES I would highly recommend Harley!!
