Paul has saved our bacon twice now. We had critical furnace failures and no time to mess with it. Paul came within the hour on the first one and in 15 minutes on the second. Both on Saturday.

Able Heating & Cooling installed a furnace and duct work for us. They quoted a great price and did good work. If that was the end of the story, this would be a 5 star review. Sadly, despite the furnace and work being under warranty with them, they never responded to any of my calls a year later when I needed the furnace serviced. We ended up having to find someone else to fix it. I am giving them 2 stars because their initial work was more than satisfactory but it is unacceptable to say you provide a 10 year warranty on parts and labor on your work and then NEVER respond to your customer.
