Randy is fast, efficient and knows what he's doing. I called mid-morning and he was here in one hour. He snaked two lines and took care of clogs at each end of our house, which had been causing water to back up into our kitchen sink and bath tub. He didn't even have to come inside the house, he just parked in the alley, we opened the gate for him and he got right to work. Randy also identified a problem with a large pipe in our back yard, said it might have to be replaced but to wait a while and see how often we get a clog before looking into replacing it. He charged $100, which we thought was totally reasonable and worth every penny. I would not hesitate to call Able Drain & Rooter in the future. It was such a relief to have Randy available so quickly.

I was getting ripped off by the local Roto-Rooter and gave Able Rooter a call and I was very pleased with the service. Not only did they clear the clog quickly but at a fraction of the cost of the other place. Since it didn't take long to fix they charge me less than what we had agreed on the phone. I will definitely refer them to anyone and I will never use the ""other guys"" again!

I cannot speak highly enough about Able Drain & Rooter Service!!!! When I called they answered LIVE.... Randy took my information and responded within 1 hour by calling my Tennant and showing up promptly and clearing up the roots in the sewer line. He even gave me the # to the city sewer camera crew so I could get all further issues resolved. I recommend and will use Able Drain & Sewer Service in the future for all my rentals in the Modesto area!!!! Thank you Randy

Update:
Had Able Rooter come back again!!! But, it's not what you may think... It turned out that my Tennant child flushed a Lego Toy down the toilet!!! (Unknown to all) In short, Randy was available to come out on Memorial Day and fix the problem quickly, as the home has 3 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom....

I have to say, I am extremely impressed with this Able Rooter company. Our toilet backed up which led to the showers being backed up and I called if you have a place in either they were not available or they were only able to follow up calls with me late in the afternoon. Our toilet clog up occurred early in the morning and Able Rooter Made a special visit and fix our plumbing. They will definitely be our first call if we ever need help.
