Called Randy regarding a problem with a low water flow from my kitchen faucet. He was tied up but did get me in touch with an associate of his and even told me what the solution was to repairing the problem. Randy's associate came out immediately and resolved the problem in less than an hour. On top of that the cost to repair was very affordable. I would highly recommend Able Drain & Rooter Service for any type of plumbing job. Randy and his team are honest and they provide affordable and quality service.

First a for most if there was 100 stars to give I would! Randy is an amazing stand up guy! Very family oriented ,honest and best price in town by far. Its hard to really find genuine person who is not just doing a job, just to get paid. You can tell he is there to really help and make you feel at ease. I called Randy with an emergency (received his name from a friend). My mother had two backed up toilets, and hadn't communicated that to me. Randy was on-site within 30 minutes and fixed the problem quickly, competently and at a reasonable price. He followed up with me to let me know the job was done. I had called another plumber prior to him, and they had given me an appointment time over 8 hours later. I highly recommend Randy.

Bought a new garbage disposal a month ago. When I tried to install it would not line up with existing plumbing. Called in the morning and left a message. Received a quick call back and an appointment was made for that same evening. Came home from work and Randy was waiting for me. Came right in, assessed the problem. Gave me a few options to get it installed. Decided on an option and Randy went to his truck to get a few parts. Within 30 minutes disposal was up and running with all the plumbing lined up. Disposal and plumbing works perfectly. Great work, great customer service, same day service and at a reasonable price. And, a great guy to work with. No need to look any further, Call Randy!

Randy is fast, efficient and knows what he's doing. I called mid-morning and he was here in one hour. He snaked two lines and took care of clogs at each end of our house, which had been causing water to back up into our kitchen sink and bath tub. He didn't even have to come inside the house, he just parked in the alley, we opened the gate for him and he got right to work. Randy also identified a problem with a large pipe in our back yard, said it might have to be replaced but to wait a while and see how often we get a clog before looking into replacing it. He charged $100, which we thought was totally reasonable and worth every penny. I would not hesitate to call Able Drain & Rooter in the future. It was such a relief to have Randy available so quickly.
