Toilet was clogged and water would rise up to the bathtub . Called a plumbing service they said they couldn't snake it and the only way to fix it was to install another sewer clean out that's closer to the clogged toilet . They were going to charged me 10x the amount of what Able Drain & Rooter Service charged me. Able Drain & Rooter snaked the clean out and my clogging issue was fix lol

Every couple of years, my drains start to back up because of grease and gunk in the pipes. That happened again this month. I called Able Rooter, left a message, and I got a call back in about 10 minutes. I explained my problem and Randy told me he could be out at my location within 20 minutes. I had some serious plumbing issues at my rental house, which had been vacant for awhile. I didn't realize the problem until tenants moved in March 1st and things started going haywire. I thought it was a standard clogged drain so I found Able Rooter via positive reviews on a local neighborhood website. Randy came out the same day and cleared the line, but he also figured out there was something big in one of my pipes. By the time he broke this news to me he had already called the City, who were on their way out with a camera. To make a very long story short, it turned out I had a huge (seriously, THREE INCH IN DIAMETER!) root growing into a 4 inch pipe under my lawn The City couldn't find it because their's was a one way clean-out that only went from the bottom of my property out to the street. Randy helped me connect with some great plumbers, but more importantly, he returned several times to clean the drain while I waited for job to be done so my tenants didn't have to, like, move out. He showed up to meet with every other vendor who came to work on this: The City, the plumber who installed a clean out, the plumber who ran the camera down and found the root, the septic dude who made the ultimate repair. Seriously, I felt Randy was almost as invested as I was in getting things fixed. I really appreciated having someone to run interference with other professionals. And he didn't charge me anything extra for any of this!!! Which is great, because the complete job ended up charging a small fortune. I recommend Randy without reservation. Old school work ethic, he wasn't going to rest until he knew my problem was solved. What a solid dude!

Called Randy regarding a problem with a low water flow from my kitchen faucet. He was tied up but did get me in touch with an associate of his and even told me what the solution was to repairing the problem. Randy's associate came out immediately and resolved the problem in less than an hour. On top of that the cost to repair was very affordable. First a for most if there was 100 stars to give I would! Randy is an amazing stand up guy! Very family oriented ,honest and best price in town by far. Its hard to really find genuine person who is not just doing a job, just to get paid. You can tell he is there to really help and make you feel at ease.
