I called Randy later in the evening on New Years Day. I left a voicemail and I expected he would possibly just call me in the morning after a holiday. Incorrect. He called me within 30 minutes and listened to the issue we are having. He shuffled his schedule to accommodate my plans for the day and showed up just a bit earlier than scheduled. He got right to work, was friendly throughout the process, and was definitely reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to call Able Drain and Rooter Service once again.
