I scheduled a service call to have a humidistat replaced that I purchased for a system they installed some years ago. They came out to replace the humidistat that I purchased and said it should work once humidity drops to a level that will call for humidity. I had my doubts, a couple days later, it still doesn't work once humidity drops, what a waste of $96 for 15mins to have a so-called expert come out.
I call to have them come back out, since the service person said they would come back if it still wasn't working... Then the owner/manager calls back and says I should just wire it up myself if I have the manual. Real nice customer service, stay away... There are plenty of other options in North Hills area...
