F-. That's the grade I give to Abitua Plumbing after my recent nauseating experience with them. Especially Danni. Ten months ago, they installed a garbage disposal in my home. Two weeks ago, it started leaking. It has a one year warranty. Water came through my basement ceiling and was told by Danni that they are not responsible for damage, even though they installed it. I was also told by her that they would not back it up or honor the warranty. Danni was rude, abrasive and all around NOT helpful. She displayed zero interest in helping me or finding some common ground to reach a reasonable solution to my issue. She even suggested I take my business elsewhere. Isn't that nice? Danni, Bill (plumber), and Mark McCarthy all refused to return my calls. Needless to say, I will never use them ever again. I will tell this sad story about Abitua for quite some time to anyone who is thinking of using them. Shame on them. Very disappointed. F-.

Response time was amazing. The technician was early, efficient, clean about his work. Would definitely refer Frank and his team.

When I turn on my sprinkler system, all the water in my house stops. I need to investigate this problem. My builder ""Plote Builders"" says they don't know why this would happen and has offered no help. I have lived in this house for only 10 weeks.
