Called to get a quote on a backup sump pump installed. The quote was so reasonable that I also requested the main pump get replaced.

David did a great job installing things, gave me a lot of good info and advice, and some good stories. I won't hesitate to use them again.

NOT HONEST! A part was on backorder and Dave promised to return and finish the job once the parts came in and had me pay in full. Months went by, he kept pushing me back on his schedule and continued to no show and then stopped answering my calls. I have photos of the incomplete work as well as the invoice that shows I was charged for it. Would NOT recommend using him.

Our hot water heater was leaking and we needed a replacement on short notice. Dave was super personable even just on the phone, asked questions, and gave us advice. He was at our house a couple hours later removing our old water heater and installing a new one. During the installation, he noticed some connections that were less than ideal and he went above and beyond by changing those and making everything as efficient as possible. He walked us through what he was doing and gave us tips and tricks for maintaining it. Pricing was also extremely reasonable.

He made our first plumbing experience a comfortable one and we wouldn't hesitate to contact him again in the future.
