Im not one to leave negative reviews but damn I wish I could leave ZERO stars! My water heater went out and these guys came out to quote and I knew I would have some out of pocket costs but this guy went and gave his estimate to my warranty company which totaled close to $1000 of out of pocket costs which included some BS so called modifications that needed to be done in order to be ""up to code"" according to him. I questioned him on a few items that seemed odd to me but he said I needed them. I told the warranty company I wanted a second opinion so they sent another company out and I asked on all the items I was told needed to be done and they were all made up only to make some cash off of me!! This other company removed and installed my new unit with a couple modifications that came out to not even $300!!! This guys from Ability Access Plumbing are just out to rip you off!! I would never recommend them nor will I ever have them out to my property again!!!

Poor Business, not honest. Plumber showed up and my tenant showed him where the leak was, he cut hole int he ceiling, then went upstairs and for some reason cut a hole in the wall there, not at all necessary. Told my tenant leak was caused by a rat, left garbage and the dead rat on the floor of the garage and said he would be back next day to finish job.
Never arrived back for next day, tenant told me at 8:30 PM that he had never come back and that while he was there he was on the phone the whole time complaining to his dispatcher about the job. Called American Home Shield about the fact that he never showed back up and was rude. I was then informed that they had called and left me a voicemail, no such call. And then was told that the line was against the flue and needed to be re-routed at a cost of $575. Completely different story than what he told my tenant. Looking at the pictures my tenant sent, you can see where the line has been removed from the clip to place against the flue, whether by the tech or age, not a re-routing issue, easy fix. DON""T USE THIS COMPANY.

My hot water heater stopped working so I called my insurance company and they sent out Ability Access Plumbing and Rooter. They did showed up on time and only looked at the water heater and just said you need a new one. I have insurance for the repairs however they stated that many of their items they had to do were called modification which the insurance would not cover. Yes they only want to make money (example $45 to move two straps up 4 inches, $95 to install two flex supplies lines, $75 for a ground wire and $55 for spacers which was two boards screwed to the wall.) They did put in a brand new water heater however it didn't work. I called them the next morning (Friday) and they said to call my insurance company to request a call back. I did and they said they would come out on Monday. Well Monday morning they called and said they were not going to come and that I had to call the manufacturer to have them fix it. They wouldn't stand behind their work. I call another plumbing company when they arrived they fixed it in 15 minutes. The upper heating eliminate was burned up because Ability Access Plumbing and Rooter turned on the power to the water heater before the tank was full of water which fried the heating eliminate. Very bad company to do business with. I recommend that you stay away from them unless you want to loose money.

Very happy with the service! We had a shower drain clog and called our home warranty company and within an hour, Lorenzo came to our house. We had a plumber come yesterday who wanted to charge us over $1000 to fix it and said he could not get it unclogged without replacing the entire section of pipe.

After working at it, Lorenzo had it done and flowing just like new.

We have an older home so I was concerned about possible damage but it looks great. Thanks!

I would give these clowns a negative stars if I could. I cant believe these guys are still in business. American home warranty and old republic use these #%$@ #$&%@. Had pipe burst in wall. Warranty sent this so called plumbing outfit(in 2016) to repair leak, I even opened wall for him. 3 hrs later(the owner) still unable to fix leak. 6 hrs later 2 other guys show up. He wouldn't take my advise to suck water out of pipe(smh) with my wet vac. @ the 8 hr mark, they say they got it. At this point I was so exhausted, that I left right behind them. Get home later that night, Water still leaking. Damaged my floor and cabinets. Called them and nothing filed claim with BBB(useless). The last pix is what actual plumbers can do

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! I called them for a service they worked on for me through my home warranty,after they left they didn't put my drain assembly back on correctly the lever was not working . After calling the lady who answered the phone, they said to call the home warreny back to reschedule I explained that the plumber didn't install the hard ware back correctly an that the lever was jammed.they then said they were going to have me talk to a manager but it was a conference call with multiple people including the service tech an manager who argued they wouldnt come back to fix the problem they broke an that they wanted me to lie an say it was the existing problem not the drain lever so they can get payed to come back out . No accountability for fixing something they broke an no customer service at all to fix the problem they gave me. in the end I had to have my insurance company send out a different plumber to fix the screw up ..this company is a joke all they had to do is come back take 15 minutes to fix the job they messed up but choose to argue an not help me I would not recommend this company!!!!

I may be the minority but Lorenzo just came in and fixed my plumbing problem with a smile. He did not question what I thought was wrong, and fixed the leak quick and easy. I was referred by my home warranty.

If referred again depending on situation I would definitely allow them to do the work again.

I too was referred to Ability Access by my home warranty for a faulty hot water heater. I couldn't have been more pleased with this company. They called me right away and was able to come out that afternoon. I needed a new unit.They were out the next day and installed a new one and brought it up to code. Agustin and his partner were great. He explained everything and got the job done in a timely manner.

SCAM COMPANY!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!! I had this company out for water heater disaster and at the worst time possible. It was the night before my daughter's senior prom and my husband was out of country which he never does. we had no hot water. My insurance company expedited an order but it literally took this company over the 24 hour mark I was told to even contact me. I had this guy out not only did this guy show up with his teen son to translate for him but he walked in took a picture and left. He said we needed new unit. REALLY NO KIDDING. Water was leaking everywhere clearly it was broken. Even I know that. When I asked him to at least stop water from leaking everywhere so more damage doesn't happen he said there was nothing that could be done. My husband was away for work and I had no idea what is what with this stuff so all I could do is believe him. Boy was I wrong trusting them! I knew from past experiences that would they were not a good company but my insurance company made it sound like I had no choice to use them if I wanted my water heater fixed quickly. I got a call from the office saying that my insurance company covers my water heater and insulation but does not cover permits for the state or the county and those denial charges were going to be over $1000. Something just didn't sit right with me so I questioned the charges and asked for a detailed invoice to be sent to me. I just felt like something was off so I called around and got some outside companies to come and out of pocket give me estimates out of the five people that came none of them said what Ablity said I needed so I called my insurance company and asked for a second opinion when I had my second opinion come out not only was the charges only a few hundred dollars but they were able to stop the water from leaking all over my garage and prevent further damage. This company still is a horrible company and I recommend if your insurance company says you have to use them you actually don't tell them to put them on the do not send list and they cannot send this company out to your house ever whenever you need assistance.
