This is our 3rd job with Abe. We first had him come out immediately after moving in to fix a slow draining shower. At that time he couldn't find a shut-off valve anywhere in our house and helped us (at no cost) locate the shut-off valve out by the street in case we ever needed it. Next time he came, he fixed a leaky faucet in another bathroom and could have charged us for a whole new set up but knowing that we would be remodeling in the next couple of years, found a way to fix the original plumbing but offered, if it didn't work, to apply the price we paid to a replacement. At that time he also tracked down our in-house shut-off valve. It was quite a bit of detective work and we were so appreciative! This last job, we had him come out to install two mixers for a double bathroom remodel. He gave us a deal because my husband will install the final fixture. He was incredibly responsive, gave us advice on the best brand of fixture and had the job done in no time. We will not use anyone else but Abe!

I had a clog and thought it was one simple snaking. Actually, he had to snake the pipes in four different sections. I did not think he would be able to clear them out. But he stuck with it and I finally heard a loud suction noise. Music to my ears. Thank goodness I didn't have to replace these old pipes yet.

Awesome experience. He called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive, showed up when he said he would, and diagnosed my leak within 10 minutes or so. Also very honest, as he recommended I replace the toilet myself instead of paying him to do it (because I'm a DIYer and it'd be cheaper that way). This is his second time out and I'll definitely call him the next time something else in my house sprouts a leak!

If ""weird stuff"" happens a little too much in your bathroom, like strong odors even though its clean, Call Abe immediately. He will diagnose problems that others can't and work through on the same day what needs to happen.

Abe came and saved me on a Saturday on short notice. I had a very blocked drain that had backed up and flooded my laundry room, and I was afraid to use my laundry or the kitchen sink. I know he was very busy, but Abe came within two hours and quickly fixed it. His price wasn't cheap, but it was Saturday and I really needed help and didn't mind. He was courteous and professional as well.
