I was referred to their company by my home warranty. RUDE is all I can say I first had to Call the company myself on a claim they did not call as they are supposed to. Then I was talking to jasmine who had me on hold for a long time and was not very nice. I then had Myra answer the call and she was extremely RUDE! Kept yelling in the phone""I don't know what you are saying!"" NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I then hung up and reported to the home warranty company that I was not using that company and had seen previous yelp reviews and should have known. Thank goodness we are done with the home warranty co as well if they use these kind of businesses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They left message 4 days ago. I called right back with no answer. Left messages no return. Called last two days and their voicemail is full. Getting my claim reassigned to hopefully a better plumber.

Robert was extremely nice and caring. HOWEVER, Jasmine is extremely rude and inconsiderate. She did not speak to me with any kind of respect. They made no effort to make me feel heard. There are plenty of plumbing companies and will never use this one ever again because of her attitude. It's unfortunate because Robert was nice.

As part of my home warranty plan, my service request was assigned to Abe's Plumbing. I'll be the first to admit, once I looked at the reviews on yelp I was very apprehensive and was ready to call my warranty company to reassign. However, I'm glad I didn't. My service request was straightforward without any thrills. It was a backed up bathroom sink and I've been ""declogging"" it on an ongoing basis.

It got to the point where nothing I did was working any more. So had to call someone in. Within 2 hours of submitting my service request, I received a call from ""Myra"" (I THINK) and we were able to schedule an appointment for within two days. No biggie since my sink was still usable. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from my technician, Robert, confirming our appointment and his arrival time.

He arrived within the timeframe he said and promptly got to work on the bathroom sink. Within an hour he was done and he cleaned up the sink after completing his job (NOT MANY DO THAT). I'm glad I gave this service provider the benefit of the doubt. So in this instance, I believe they did a solid job. Thank you guys for getting it done!

Do not use!!! Absolutely do not know what they are doing!! Cut holes in walls unnecessarily looking where pipe was leaking. I know home warranty plans use cheaper services to keep their costs down but they will be paying more now to fix what this company did without fixing the leak.

I had to utilized my American Home Warranty regarding a plumbing issue and Abe's sent Miguel. I was skeptical after reading the reviews; however, Miguel was knowledgeable, informative, and personable. Not sure about other plumbers, but request Miguel and you're sure to get an honest and prompt diagnosis. The overall experience was outstanding! Thank you Miguel.

I only use this company because it's what my home warranty uses, but they are awful. I scheduled a toilet repair TWO WEEKS ahead of time. They called once to reschedule to a slightly later time slot. Fine. The day of, I'm sitting at home and there's only one hour left so I call to see what's going on. They tell me the appointment was cancelled and there was no reason why, and the next appointment isn't available until next week. Are you kidding me? They didn't even apologize. I would not recommend this company at all.

This place is 0 Stars. Horrible and unprofessional. Don't use them!!! Unless you want to have your time wasted and be ripped off. I was referred this company by my home warranty company (I'll deal with them for this too). Anyway Abe's came out and diagnosed I needed a new water heater. They then contact me to tell me it will be an additional $500 on top of what the warranty covers. I go ahead and schedule the appointment for their next available Saturday (2 weeks away). Get a 4 hour appt window that day. Then and hour into waiting get called by their dispatch with this cockamamie excuse that they normally pick up the water heaters from a place that closes at 2pm but for some reason the place closed early today at 12pm. Now I need to be rescheduled to another day and inconvenienced again. They just met their match from the looks of their other reviews they be screwing over customers over and over again. I won't lay down and take it like the others. I pay for service and I expect it.
