These people are immensely rude!! They laughed at me when I called to tell them how I wasn't satisfied with their service (or lack there of). I was referred to them via American Home Shield (AHS). Please avoid this company at all costs!!! The lady was so mean!! We are in a drought and the water leak was ignored. So - you've been warned.

Go through Abe's plumbing through First American Home Protection. Really disappointed, scheduled three times and cancel the last minutes due to a lot of problem from Technician (did not show up, broken truck...). Have to cancel and request with different service

My first ever one-star review. Do not use this company or allow your Home Warranty to use this company. I didn't even know they had such poor ratings to begin with since First American Warranty sent them out, I didn't research them beforehand. Simply said, they're crooks.
We just moved into our home late December '21 and within 6 weeks the shower stem blew out of the wall while I was showering. The shower stem was calcified, corroded, and there was an obvious tear/break in the threading. The home was built in 1966, naturally I went through Home Warranty since this is CLEARLY a wear-and-tear issue.
It took Abe's a week and a half to send someone out. On arrival the plumber nonchalantly spent a whole 2 minutes in the bathroom, scribbled a vague summary ""shower arm broke,"" didn't answer any questions clearly, then left. Days later, after no follow up, I call Abe's and my Home Warranty. Turns out Abe's reported that I physically ripped the shower stem off the wall in order for this to happen! Well isn't that convenient!!
When I called Abe's again, the admin girl's tone was sassy and rude, as if I was the one who inconvenienced THEM! I admit, I was also rude, but who wouldn't be. The lie that their plumber told will cost me $1K out of pocket.
I know this is a wear-and-tear issue because it also turns out this pipe was leaking before it finally gave way and mold ended up growing in the walls. Our bathroom is being remediated/reconstructed due to this issue. Thanks to Abe's I have to get quotes from REAL plumbers and go through a refute process with First American.

Worst experience. Ruined our home, and now we are looking at restoration and demolition. The owner is also super unprofessional, do not waste your time or money

if I could give 0 I would worst company that I have ever dealt with rude untrustworthy. We should sue our home warranty company because they are also a rip off

Absolutely worst customer experience I've ever received. Do not use. Ask your home warranty to reassign you. The lady who answers the phone and/or Marlene needs a SEVERE class in customer service. I waited on hold for 20 mins the first day and had to call back only to be told it was only 10 mins and they just opened so my phone timer was apparently wrong. I was told at the service time that notes said I'd pay cash, I never said that, but according to Marlene that's in the notes so that's it. Period. I told them I can provide a credit card but I don't have a scanner so their multipage form can't be filled out but I will gladly provide a credit card and my photo ID. So they send a pdf to fill out which I can print and scan back. How would you advise I do this? Walk it over to you? How many times can you tell a customer they are wrong? I'd love to know who owns this company and I'd love to speak with them about their personnel. If someone who worked for me spoke to a client like that they would be unemployed immediately.

Wow- rude!! Don't return calls, schedule appointments with 4 hour window - 1 week out

Now this f**** cheater made FAHW charge us the $75 fee. I am sure they lied to FAHW that either they did the job, or they visited us on time multiple times to find us not home. That's a f*** absurd outrageous lie, and at best they did was not showing up twice on time, and called us that they'd come 1 hour after the appointment time, when we gave up waiting and went out for our other business. This cheaters should be PUNISHED and I will make it happen. I will call FAHW to tell the truth and to demand FAHW to remove this POS cheater off their list which is actually only one plumber, this fucking shit on the list. I am willing to bring this to the small claim court, and bring justice to this matter!!!!

The home warranty company gave their numbers to arrange an appointment. Left 3 different messages over 5 days. No call back and no one answers the phone except for the answering machine. They shouldn't be in business considering some of calls are emergency like water leak. I would give minus rating if I could.
